This place (and Paulette Vasconcellos, my personal trainer) have almost completely brought me back from a paralyzing surgery. “The people working at this location supply the best customer service assistance. I was really impressed by how Karen helped me pick out some shirts today. She was so friendly and helpful. I walked in and was immediately greeted. I was looking for a shirt I saw online and Karen located it immediately. They were very kind when I unfolded a couple other shirts to look at but I didn't want them. Karen and another gentleman said, no worries, unfold as many as you like, we are happy to have you take a look. I found several shirts and was asked if I would like to try them on to make sure I liked the fit. The gentleman reserved a dressing room and kindly put the shirts I was carrying around in the room with my name on the door so I could look for additional items. Thank goodness they suggested I try them on as I would have purchased the wrong size. They immediately found a better size for me and I decided to buy 3 instead of 1. I will definitely return to buy more items. I didn't realize Tilly's had such nice adult summer clothes. Thank you for the amazing help today.”
