I wish i could give zero stars. I made a cash deposit that was verified 3 times by count and machines. The process took 30 plus minutes. I took my receipt for the money that was deposited. Several weeks later Wells Fargo unlawfully removed funds from my account. Once a cash transaction processes it's final. Terrible incompetent service. Bank anywhere else. Mistakes happen but you make it right for the customer. I have given Wells Fargo months to make it right. I'd prefer not to sue, but it's getting to the point for their gross incompetence.

Long lines is one of my issues at this bank. Only one teller was working during the lunch rush hour. While 4 other employees were fiddling on their phones. What happened to customer service is beyond me. Usually at other banks the managers or other representatives would automatically try to see if they can help. However the lazy and entitled bosses here don't care if you are on your lunch break, apparently their time chatting and texting on their personal phones is way more important than you. A crook is how you will feel if you dare to withdraw more than 2 thousand dollars from your account. They will ask for 2 ids and have you enter your pin not once but 3 times for one transaction!

I was discriminated due my color at this location. Came in to make a payment on my auto loan and waited patiently to be assisted. As the lead manager and a teller were closing out, I was not acknowledged for over ten minutes. I finally had to say something, but the lead manager was still cold and glanced over me as if I were not a customer. After finally being helped, another customer walked in (Caucasian) and was greeted with kindness by the same lead. I will never come to this location again and he should be fired by his actions.

Terrible branch. I only came here once to pay my rent because the usual branch I go to is temporarily closed. I deposited a rent check into my landlord's account on 9/1 and to this day, has not posted in landlord's account nor has it cleared from mine. I spoke to the teller "Jyoti" who made the transaction and the "manager" (some asian woman) and they both said as long as I have the receipt, that's all the proof I have. They even said the check deposited wasn't shown on my account and couldn't give me details if it was deposited into my landlord's. I called again a few days later to check and "Mary" said the money was in landlords account since 9/2. But when I asked why it hasn't cleared on my end, she just stated I needed to call customer service. To this day, 9/20, it has not cleared.

Wells Fargo has been a great bank to me. People are nice and helpful. I've done some overseas wiring with no problems. They always do everything they can to help as well.

Pulled up to Wells Fargo 5 minutes before 4 and the guy would not let me in is this how you treat your customers of 30 years I think it's time to take my money across the street very disappointed I will be making a formal complaint with corporate once I get the guy's name you guys just lost a long-time customer

I told the c*nt who runs this branch my situation and desperate need for money. Despite being a public figure, she insisted on "NEEDING AN ID" so I found myself desperately screaming at her. She, of course, called the police which I told her "PLEASE DO!" Upon the police's arrival, I told them how awful I was treated. They then confirmed that she and security verified my identity (funny how the police could get that b**** to do it) and would send me a check for my full account balance and I was never allowed in a Wells Fargo again. (None of that ever happened. The account remained opened) The woman who runs this place is clearly homophobic because my celebrity is in the gay community. Upon me getting in my car with my driver, the employees who also clearly think she's an awful person laughed and cheered my release from the police. DO NOT BANK AT WELLS FARGO. THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY!!! Terrifying!

Best service ever! Been with Wells Fargo for years now and actually have closer branches to where I live.. but the attention to customer service is first class at this branch, that I drive to Laguna Niguel to come here for my "in branch" needs! You feel completely welcome! You're greeted immediately upon opening the door and the staff is so professional and courteous, you feel safe and truly taken care of, from the moment you walk in. In my opinion...Wells Fargo offers waaayyy better service than other companies in general, but this specific branch and this team running it in Laguna Niguel provide top notch service and set the bar super high! Highly recommend!!!! Thank you Wells Fargo Laguna Niguel for the excellent service, every time I visit!! I'm a customer for life!
