Recently I encountered a very rude banker. She was helping the new teller with my transaction and was rude and abrasive towards him and myself. Her name is Rama. She has no customer service skills and need to be trained. I love this bank. All bankers and tellers are very friendly and helpful. I have been with this bank for many years.

First off I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over two decades now. This used to be a very good branch with excellent customer service. Since they remodeled the interior this branch has underperformed in every way. If you want to actually make any transition besides using an ATM good luck with that. On 2 separate occasions I went inside and they said they could not perform basic banking services like depositing checks or withdrawing money. This branch needs new management badly.

This branch does not have enough staff to serve the local market needs. If you need to make changes to your account you need to see a banker. There's maybe one banker a day available and often on lunch or leaves early. By far the worst bank to deal with.

I don't usually give banks reviews because it's not fair for the bankers to get bad reviews because of Wells. Fargo's past law suits. It should be separate. I love this branch because even under construction they are still operating full speed. I love the greeting and the tellers are very very attending. The bankers are on top of their toes at all times. I've been there quite a few times. Thanks for hiring the best.

Lousy service. They never answer the phone and their voice mail still blames Covid. I'll be taking my money out of there b/c these folks don't want to work.

Not enough tellers. Lot of people standing around not working the teller stations while there is a long customer line.

I had the pleasure of receiving excellent service from Ibrahim Al-Arnous II. He was thoughtful and patient. He explained the services to me and went beyond his call of duty when he notarized. scannned and emailed my documents. it was a pleasure dealing with someone as professional as him. He is truly an asset to Wells Fargo.

BEWARE: This WF Branch Manager is a rude and unprofessional business woman. She displays an arrogant and negative attitude that is reflected by the entire staff. Their lack of concern for customers receiving proper service is appalling. Take your business to another branch to avoid losing time and money because of their mistakes.

I am visiting the area for vacation but needed to take care of a banking matter. Not only did Franco good care of me as I would have with my WF private banker in the Bay Area, but also very courteous and resourceful. Definitely thumbs up for him!

This is the worth branch that I ever seen after more than 7 years dealing with them. I have all my accounts with this terrible bank.They don’t cash a cashier check that they mention to me that the cashier check is secured fund account and it doesn’t make sense that they can’t cash it as secured fund.I asked for manager, manager is more than half an hour talking with phone and I am still standing up middle of the branch.They won’t helpful at all and rude.
