Terrible service. Long slow line with two tellers and a trainee. At least four managers staring at customers or talking to each other. My Credit Union is so much better. In and out faster with great service. Teller couldn't be courteous if she tried. I got a little lecture about not having my debit card and told exactly how much money I could access. I was only making a deposit and have a large amount of money in the account- so I resent being told how much I can take out of my account. I will not return and should probably close the account I've had since 1980.

I did exchange my money today. I don't think I counted it wrong but there is no proof. It's $60 missing. She didn't give the receipt at first like others location , I went back to ask for it. Then I feel like there is still something wrong I went back to ask her again. She refused it. I did exchange with other locations many times, never have any problem. I don't mean to accuse anybody. However I don't want to take the chance again with this branch.

This bank has the worst customer service out of any service, institution, company, or industry... ever. Followed very closely by Cox.The managers in almost every branch I've been to lies to your face. Just straight up lies.A while back I had an issue where their customer service dropped the ball in sending me replacement debit cards. I was going out of town and they assured me it would be mailed on time. But it was not. That wasn't the problem...I went to a local branch because I knew they issued temporary debit cards. But I got off work late and got there near closing time. The manager told me they didn't issue temp cards there and sent me to THIS branch... so I did.Upon arriving the manager here told me they didn't do that either... and I realized that the previous manager just wanted me to leave so they can close the bank. Obviously I was angry.It gets worse... the manager at THIS branch doesn't know what the previous manager did, he thought I just came here on my own. And guess what HE did.Yup... he told me to go to the other branch because "They can do it there."It's almost like their reputation is SO shot they don't even care to preserve it anymore.I switched banks less than a week later.

Overall rude and very unhelpful staff. Avoid this location. I haven't been spoken to so rudely in a while.

Not welcoming at all! The branch manager seemed down early in the morning and he was not happy to provide services. No smile, no welcome, nothing that showed respect. I am changing my bank.

What a terrible experience. The teller couldn't even keep his mask on his face. Nobody has information that we need. The only confident person we talked to was a person named nick. Wells Fargo in Laguna hills is so much better. Friendly faces willing to help no matter what. It was like night and day. They should close the Aliso Viejo branch.

If I could give this branch a ten star review, I would. Here's why. Last week on Thursday December 2nd, I went to this branch of Wells Fargo to seek help understanding the process of a levy which was served against my account. This levy was also served against another account I own in a different financial institution (Credit union). Upon arriving at this location I was immediately greeted by a gentleman named Frank McGovern. Frank asked me to take a seat in his office so he could assist me with my issue. Without getting into the details of my situation, I have to say Frank is the epithomy of a caring professional. Frank took the time to look at my paperwork, explain to me the process, and even made phone calls on my behalf to other departments. Needles to say, I was so impressed with his level of empathy and professionalism. Unlike my Credit Union, which treated me extremely poorly when I attempted to get their assistance on my matter, Frank went above and beyond representing my interests as a Wells Fargo, long time customer. Oftentimes people only focus on poor customer service and even write negative reviews. I want to take this opportunity to give Mr. Frank McGovern kudos for his professionalism and excellent customer service performance. Wells Fargo is very fortunate to have individuals such as Mr. McGovern working for them.

It is so sad that I live five minutes from this branch I never really go inside but when I do it is poor customer service I only had to change my coins for cash and the teller told me to please wait for the other teller which was already helping a customer I saw five people go ahead of me so I walked away I went to El Toro branch and they help me right away I didn't even have to wait in line I was out of there less than a minute I dislike this branch so much .... I do love their personal bakers. I didn't catch the girls name but I would never refused someone when I have been a loyal customer over 10 years now

!!!!!THIS SPECIFIC WELLS FARGO BRANCH IS COMPLETE TRASH!!!!!I bank with Wells Fargo, and I love my home branch in Costa Mesa. I've been with them since I decided to get a bank account. My old boss had his business account with them and I decided to get an account there too so I could cash my payroll checks without a fee since they're from the same bank. Since then I split off and made my own moving company. It's time for me to get a business checking account and I live out in Laguna Niguel close to this location. I've been trying to reach someone, ANYONE at this bank for THREE DAYS NOW!!!!!! Finally when I got someone on the phone two days ago they told me that I had just missed the one guy that can help me open a business account. WELL IF YOU WOULD'VE PICKED UP YOUR PHONE THE PREVIOUS 8 TIMES THAT J ATTEMPTED TO CALL, MAYBE I WOULD'VE REACHED HIM IN TIME!!!!!!!! IT'S CALLED PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT EVEN GOOD CUSTOMER SETVICE (I can't expect anything good from this branch), BUT YOU GUYS CAN AT LEAST DO THE BARE MINIMIM AND PICK UP THE PHONE!!!!!BUT, be careful what you wish for...since I was told to call the next day and ask for Ibrahim, who's apparently the only one that can schedule me an appointment to come in and open a business checking account. So the next day I attempted to call...at 9:00am...and then at 10:00am...and then a bit later...until I figured they must have a very busy day, but still wishing they would just pick their phone up and say something!I gave up after that for yesterday, but thought to my self that today I'll most definitely reach someone. And my wish has been granted! Oh I reached someone alright...I reached the same people that need to learn what basic customer service is all about, because all day today they've been picking their phone up and hanging it right up. No hello, no goodbye, no acknowledgement of any kind, just picking their phone up and hanging it right up. That's a new ultimate low, Wells Fargo. The funny part is that at fist I figured it was an honest mistake and someone accidentally pressed the end button instead of speaker or whatever else they could've been pressing. So I called back...just to find out that it was, in fact, done on purpose..I've called 5-6 times in a row right before writing this review, and every time some a-hole was sitting there picking the phone up and hanging it right up.The worst part about this whole thing is I'm a very loyal customer, and I'm seriously contemplating on leaving Wells Fargo because if these useless employees at a useless branch. I'm way too busy with a start up business to waste 45 minutes (if not more) standing in like just to talk to a teller who will then tell me that I need some kind of a specialist but they're all busy and blah blah blah and then it'll take another 45 minutes for them to finally come talk to me just to find out they don't have any time today BUT they'll gladly set me an appointment for another day! Thanks but no thanks, I actually have business to conduct instead of wasting my valuable time writing this damn review because this branch is straight garbage. And if there was a way to give them less than 1 star, I would do it in a heartbeat!!!!! But unfortunately today they get away with 1 star, which they had to at least attempt some kind of interaction with me for them to earn 1 star..What a waste of my time...
