Just like all the other lame Walgreens, this one is no different. Let’s hope they close this one soon. I sure look forward to Amazon putting these poorly run businesses in their grave. It can’t happen soon enough. Routine prescription sent in a week ago, I called this morning and the pharmacist says it will be ready in 1 hour. I wait 4 hours to visit and when I get to the window, the guy says it hasn’t been filled yet. He then tells me to keep circling the drive thru line until my prescription is filled. ??? What a poorly run company!

EDIT. Dealt with corporate they do nothing to fix the situation. Rosa the district manager never calls to help. And the pharmacist named Kaylee has a huge attitude problem. On phone and in person. She's the tall skinny drugged out looking chick with major acne. She's allowed to abuse customers and as of today still has a job. Disgusting. TODD. If you want to fix things Kaylee needs fired first along with the rest of your terrible staff
I used to like this pharmacy. but the computer system got wonky about a year ago and it started becoming difficult. Today when trying to find out if my prescriptions were ready for pick up (since they have never "fixed" the situation of me not recieving text to notify of prescriptions being ready) and was treated like garbage. Passed around. Insulted and then the manager got on and did the same thing. Nothing was ever resolved. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY UNLESS YOU WANT CONSTANT ABUSE WHEN TRYING TO PICK UP YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS.!

Worst pharmacy ever. No one answers phones, disorganized. Lost prescriptions and cannot transfer using the phone app. On hold for 25 minutes with no answer. No one cares here - or responds. What a mess.

Frequently have gone to this location for Pharmacy services. Last nights service was terrible. I believe a Pharmacy Tech fresh out of school and a Pharmacist that was pretty young also.
Let it be known before writing this review. I attempted calling the store. Their automated service asked: I responded with request to speak with Pharmacy Manager. I got the store manager I believe. Store manager clarified the Pharmacy manager is a different position. Put me on hold to transfer me without asking. Was on hold listening to music. Store manager came back on phone. Asking if anyone responded " No, not yet." She put me back on hold without asking and then I was put back in the automated request service. I decided to just hang up at that point.
Upon arrival at the store approximately 20:40. Pharmacy technician was polite but frantic. Seemingly running around beyond a sense of urgency. Could not locate the Rx; requested Pharmacist assistance. Pharmacist came over shifting through the baskets with Rx's behind counter. Finally they located the Rx. Turns and seems to be new with running transactions as it had to be put through more than once. He was polite and friendly with transaction. The Rx was paid for and I started to walk away. Opened up the bag to find the tools to administer were not included.
This could have been solved a couple ways. The Dr. who wrote the Rx could have given the proper complete Rx; or the Pharmacy could offer to give an item to administer it or offer to contact Dr.’s Office. I promptly turned back around from half way down the aisle. Went back to the counter and waited for assistance. The Pharmacy technician was helping a person at the window for drive through (still frantic). The Pharmacist could see me and said something hard to understand from 20 feet away. My observations regarding Pharmacists; looked to be on some central nervous system stimulate. Maybe to much caffeine, red bulls or something else. Appeared to be less than warm and friendly when approaching me at the counter. When I presented my issue with the Rx. The Pharmacist gave no real solutions and just stated “The Dr. needs to write you a Rx”. Exchanged occurred and I ended up just leaving the Rx I just paid for at the counter. The Pharmacist insisted I take it multiple times without a way to administer it. I turned and proceeded to walk away. The Pharmacist grabbed the Rx from the counter and pursued me from behind the locked door half way down the aisle. Rushing up to me within my personal space. I put my arm up and hand and stepped back and let him know his actions were considered hostile. His tone and body language was aggressive. I had my service animal with me at that time as well. I was a little stimulated in a bad way from this persons actions. As I walked away from that exchange I could hear the Young Male Pharmacist say “Stupid” with a downward tone.
I was not extended the courtesy of “do you have any questions on how to take this medication” or “do you have any questions for the pharmacist”. I was not offered by the Pharmacy for them to contact the Dr.’s office. I was not offered a 1 or 2 time use applicator until the Dr.’s office could be contacted for a proper refill. These are all courtesies or even common practice from my experience with other pharmacies.
The Pharmacist is a lead in my experience. They help to set a tone for transactions like any manager, supervisor or lead should. I do not understand why this young and inexperienced person lacking manners or social understandings holds this position without someone over them. This of course is just my opinion.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolute rip off. I needed some pen needles as the ones I ordered had not arrived. A box of pen needles that only costs $12-14 was $62!!!!!! Screw walgreens no wonder they are closing stores.

Wow, their cashier was probably the worse I have ever interacted with. I had a cart full, then some, of merchandise. She was so put out at having to work. I walked up and she just kept saying "bags", "bags", "bags" rudely and it sounded like she had to have been talking to someone else saying "begs." She wasn't even looking at me or my kids so we were looking at each other. Finally she looked up and I realized she was trying to ask me if I would like bags to which I apologized for not understanding and I said "yes, ma'am I would like bags, please" and she kind of scoffed. She kept demanding that I take the bags when she filled them "take this..." I thanked her for every bag, handed them to my kids (both 20+ year olds) who politely placed them back in the cart. By this point I think she figured out she was being extremely rude to folks saying please and thank you and she would stumble out please and thank you, much delayed, and it felt like she was painfully struggling to even saying those phrases. It was pretty early and the store was empty with the exception of two folks who came in. After leaving, I found out from my daughter who was with me that this is the only place she had been in that a cashier had told her to have a horrible day. My daughter is very a very polite "southern" girl who was raised to say sir, ma'am, please, and thank you. She didn't respond to him the first time because she thought she misheard him but he repeated himself. When I got home to describe the interaction with my wife she informed me that this is how "that" walgreens staff are. She tries to avoid going there, preferring the more professional CVS off of Crown Valley Parkway. She dreads going there but if she's at Wild Fork next door she tries to rush through as not to draw the ire of the staff there who are usually put off by you just entering the store to interrupt whatever it is that they are doing. Over all I can say that I will drive an extra several miles to avoid this place. Just sad.

Just in this store and had to walk out because the cashier didn't know anything. Would not take a manufacturers coupon because it wouldn't scan. I only have this problem when the cashier is clueless. Kaylee is one of the only ones there that knows anything and she wasn't there. I asked and the cashier didn't know her. She's been there for years and this guy didn't know who she was. As an employee you should know all your coworkers. He was the only one in the store and that's not good. This is one of probably many reasons they are closing stores. Lack of training is also a reason too. Purely self inflicted. It's only a matter of time before all their stores are gone. They don't want anyone as a customer.

This was my go-to pharmacy for the past year but it has gone way down hill. They never have my medication in stock and are extremely rude about it to me. Not nice people at all. Sat down to collect my thoughts and have been watching people walk up to get their meds and same thing for them. Get your medicines somewhere else.

The pharmacy department is getting less efficient by the day. I called in a refill and it took two days to get it. They say it will be ready and when I arrive, i am told to come back later. My physician called in a prescription two days in a row and when I go to pick it up, they say it was not called in. The staff has gotten extremely rude and seem irritated when I ask to check the price of a drug before I accept it. I will be changing pharmacies the beginning of 2024

This is the worst walgreens location I've ever been to. The store manager is the short pudgy Indian lady & she has profiled me every time I've gone to this location. I used to work in retail and as an apartment security guard so I can pick up on when someone is following me around fairly easily. Every time I've gone in here even though I'm dressed completely normally. Shirt, pants, slides or a jacket too if it's a cold day & immediately she'll go up to me and ask me if I need any help & I'll say "no, not particularly." Then she'll follow me around the entire store until I'm done shopping, have paid, and have left. I don't know if it's because I'm Asian and she's racist or if it's because I look young. I look like I'm about 20 even though I'm 26. Either way, it's really insulting to have someone immediately follow you and believe you're a thief with no real reason for believing so.

The lady pharmacist Maryam (Mary) is unprofessional is the worse I came across. I worked in a pharmacy for ten years and the lies she says so she can get out of doing anything and saying anything she will lie and tell you the opposite of what cvs represents. She needs a review a long review from her DM.
