I like this place in general, but I have to say their produce is often going bad way too quickly. Avocado overripe inside, … especially organic packaged produce lasting only a day or two even though expiration date indicates it is still fresh for another week.

I love the store, but the obvious price gauging has gone too far. Dave's Killer bread was marked at $7.58. Here in CA that's pretty much $8. I can get delicious La Brea loaves for $5 and change.

Cashier needs attitude adjustment and charged me for two bags when I brought my own. Bagger needs to be re-trained. Avoid this store!

I am a frequent shopper for a limited amount of items only because the location is convenient.I have noticed plenty of price increases before Thanksgiving, especially on perishable items like bke goods, meats, dairy (milk and frozen desserts), and drug store items. The New Low Price indicator make me laugh, because that price is still higher than most of the competition.*Always check the expiration dates*

Forgot to punch my number for my membership discount.Felt like nobody want to help me. Was passed to 3 different people. The last person just gave me cash and told me thats the saving i have if i punch my number.I already did the math and i know how much money i could have save if they just redid my purchase.I don't want to discuss the situation anymore because all of them made me feel that I'm bothering them and like they don't really care if you already paid for your grocery.Beware of refunds, and exchange in this place. They wont bother to ask if you have membership.

Whose idea was it to polish concrete and make the floor super slippery? Ladies, don't stop here if you're wearing heels, or put some sneakers in your trunk. Be careful on these floors.

Third time's the charm? In this case, no, it isn't! This grocery store is notorious for messing up your delivery order. 1st time: the order never gets delivered, and then after calling a few time, the replacement order never gets delivered. Another 3-4 phone calls later and finally I get refunded. 2nd time around, all the produce was spoiled and ROTTEN, to a point that you could smell it without taking them out of the bag! As in, someone decided to bag every bit of produce-gone-bad that for sure was not going to get picked in the store! 3rd time, learning from my previous mistakes, I skipped the produce and decided to just order pantry items! Ha ha smart, right? Wrong again! Items were missing and at least 10 items were substituted and/or picked by mistake; Bean soup instead of lentil soup, White bread instead of whole wheat, green tea instead of ginger tea, etc. etc. etc. NEVER AGAIN!!! Pavilions, you need to educate and train your order fulfillment department, this is ridiculous! If there's an issue with an order and you call the store, they ask you to call The corporate e-commerce center, and then the Ecom center tells you to call the store back and figure it out with them!!! It's a never ending loop and I will not be subjecting myself to it ever again. Ralph's is just around the corner, thank you very much!

Jeffery in the produce department went above and beyond. Was talking to husband about some fruit and he came over offered for us to try it and cut up some for us to try because it was over ripe for me to buy. Was so nice and just put a smile on my family's face. Thank you.

While checking out this evening, the bagger, Calvin, noticed that the medley of tomatoes I was purchasing was not as fresh as it should have been. He pointed it out and went to find me a better package. He was unable to find a package that was fresh. I was able to find a substitute item. What I was impressed with was that this young man cared about his job and the store in which he worked. His work ethic was refreshing.
