The staff are generally unfriendly and have a “we don’t need your business attitude”. They seem to have issues with GoodRx too.

I really like Pavillions overall, however the deli is very poorly managed. Please implement a better customer focused problem. I do like the fact that they will take my order and let me go do other shopping. I’m happy to come back….they need to follow through on the execution! Today I came back 15 minutes later and they were serving other walk ups. No one had worked my order, nor could they find it. This is not the first time this has happened. I am about ready to take my deli business elsewhere. Please respect my time!

They recently remodeled this pavilions. The layout makes no sense and now there's only one door. I went in to buy four items and had to wait 15 minutes for the attendant to get back from what I can assume is her break. But who knows because she took off while she had a line of people at self check out leaving me stuck at a machine with ice cream melting. I was very clearly stuck and no one bothered to come over for two seconds and tell the machine I was only doing what it asked me to do. Also don't put anything in a bag first or it will register the bag as an in scanned item. If it's so heavy that it registers, put a barcode on the bag so you have to scan it.

This has to be the worst run market I've seen. A couple weeks ago they forgot to give me several items. After phone calls, my husband went to pick up for me and of course they couldn't find it. Somehow they finally did. Today I needed just a few things, and it's on my way home. Get the things, go to check out. The woman in front of me is buying several bottles of wine etc. The checker rang it wrong. Then another girl had some sort of key to fix it except not the right one. She tells the checker to call someone. Meanwhile the line is growing behind me. The checker say she doesn't know how to call someone. The one with the wrong key doesn't answer or help but opens a line next to ours and motions for the guy behind me to come to her line. Everyone follows and I'm still in the line with the checker who doesn't know how to wring up wine or how to use the phone to call for help. I left...

They are completely dismantling this place and re doing to put a "hub" for door dash or one of those services. Can't find anything and the shelves are extremely empty. Also you would be lucky to have more than one check-stand open.

Whatever you do, avoid the "fresh" sushi at all costs. I realize I'm the idiot for buying grocery store sushi, but they apparently have a "sushi chef" and make it fresh daily. This may be the case, but I've spent the past two days vomiting up my spicy tuna rolls. Just use common sense, unlike me. Even if it looks good, keep in mind you'll be best friends with your toilet for a long time. Absolutely disgusting.

Staff: I've been shopping here for probably 13 years, back when it was called Vons. Over the years I've been very happy with the customer service. Maybe once I had an issue, but considering the fact that I shopped here almost every single weekend over 13 years that's a pretty good percentage of good experiences. Today I had Pam help me with curbside pick up. She was so sweet, friendly, and personable. Pam represents the store in a very positive light and definitely keeps my business coming back. Value: Pavilions pricing is likely higher than other stores. However, my theory is you get what you pay for. The quality of the food, the customer service, the assortment of options, and overall shopping experience makes it worth it Overall: I really like the store which is the reason why I have shopped here for so many years. Even though it is not my closest store to where I live, it is my go to based upon the experiences over the course of 13 years. Great job Pavilions and Pam!

5 stars for Pavillions Pharmacy on Alicia in Laguna Niguel. I originally started coming here for their Good Rx Prices. Their staff is friendly and customer service oriented. They know who I am and pull my medication out without asking my name. We recently moved to a different town and noticed the local Pavillions Pharmacy isn't as good so we are still sending our prescriptions here.
