Not recommended at all. We stopped our contract with them five months ago and they are still charging our credit card random amounts of money. Every month we have to call on the phone for two hours and argue with them to get our money refunded.
Signal and service are horrible.

Today Joey helped me fix the search feature on my new phone. I only waited for 5 minutes. He was friendly and fixed the issue quickly. I love Verizon!

I went to Verizon Laguna Niguel to see if I could switch to an affordable plan, that would still offer what I needed. I was also interested in looking at the iPhone 15 Pro Max. I was impressed with the level of customer service I received from Morgan, the Specialist I was talking with. She was so patient and kind. She answered all my questions and helped to find the best plan, that would work for me. She also provided additional information to contact the Loyalty Team, since I have been with Verizon for 29 years!! I was so grateful for all her help!! Thank you Morgan!! I got the chance to talk with Victor, the Store Manager. He was also very kind and helpful. He has an amazing team!! I highly recommend going to the Laguna Niguel location. I had the best experience and will continue to go there, if I ever need anything.

I had an excellent experience at this Verizon store earlier today. I highly recommend working with Morgan. I planned on upgrading my phone and she was able to run a check on my family plan and found a promotion. She explained other options that were available to me and how it would impact billing. She was very helpful. I was dreading going to Verizon since I had a terrible experience at the Culver City location a few days earlier. The salesman assigned to me mumbled, did not explain my plan, did not check for promotions, and almost changed my plan to be more expensive! Morgan and this location were the complete opposite. Morgan is a wonderful employee and saved me quite a bit of money! I can't say enough good things about my experience at Verizon today!

I absolutely love this store since it is down the street from my home in Aliso Viejo. I was able to upgrade my family from the crappy AT&T cell phone service I previously had which kept dropping my calls.I got a much better rate with Verizon and best of all, we were able to keep all of our cell phones, where Verizon paid them all off and gave my whole family a much better monthly rate thanks to the discount at my wife's company.We were able to bundle our cell phone service with home internet for a great deal. And best of all, during the Christmas rush I was able to buy my son an Xbox Series X at this store since Verizon now sells both Xbox and Playstation consoles along with cell phones and other great electronics.I love that this store is clean, well managed and the service is excellent. Great job guys, keep up the great work! I'm really glad I upgraded to Verizon. I have the best cell phone service and I love the employees who work at this store!

Went in to save some money on our Verizon service. Joey showed me all available savings and to top it off he also saved us more than $50 by getting the Verizon internet and finally step away from Cox. No wait. Joey was extremely pleasant and helpful. Could not have had a better experience.

I was moving my kids over to my Verizon plan and ran into some issues from AT&Ts transfer portal. Ethan was great to start and when it got tougher Manager Jason was amazing. He walked thru AT&T tech support to make sure it was fixed before our trip. I admit years ago I had a tougher time at this store, but now I highly recommend it! Especially, over the non corporate stores that force you to pay for things you don't need.

Back in April 2023, we decided to switch to Verizon home internet services, we have been Verizon wireless customers for years, never had issues before, at that time they were offering internet services for $35/month plus a free Xbox S Series only if we kept the internet. We went directly to the store to get all the info and yes, we got Verizon Internet. After 3 months I contacted them asking about the Xbox, they said that due to inventory they were not able to mail it and we needed to wait a bit longer. We have four kids that were beyond excited waiting for the Xbox. I have contacted them at least 4 times, after waiting and waiting I contacted again in December because Verizon was promoting an Xbox for new internet customers, this really upsets me because they said they did not have the Xbox consoles in stock, so how come you are offering something you don't have?, the rep told me he sent my complaint to escalation and that I would receive the Xbox in the next days, today January 17th 2024, I received an email with a $200 HOME DEPOT GIFT CARD! Not Amazon, not Best Buy, not Target! HOME DEPOT! Home Depot doesn't sell Xbox Consoles! The Xbox doesn't cost $200! I contacted them again and they said sorry! There is nothing we can do, you have your Home Depot gift card now! They did not contact me to say sorry we don't have them or we are not going to have them, can we offer you a gift card? I would say Yes from a store I can buy the Xbox! And for the correct amount!

This is the worst Verizon store ever. Do not go here go somewhere else if you must! I bought a new iPhone 14 a few months ago and then I had to go back and have all the extra stuff taken off that the salesman put on to make his commission. They are commission sales people here. Be very careful when you make purchases here as they will load you up with stuff you don't need! In addition to that, I came in to pay a bill because I can't log into my Verizon account for some strange reason and the credit card I had set up with the account had been compromised so I had to pay the bill in person just this once. I went into the store and it took me about a half hour! The people that work at the store are awful the manager let him get away with murder go elsewhere, anywhere else! Lake Forest has a great store with a better score and I once went in there and they fixed the problem immediately! I am now in the process of closing out My Verizon, and going back to AT&T because of that store and the poor service from Verizon and not being able to get into my business account to pay my bill. They requested my account number while I'm paperless. Yeah good luck with that! Try calling them and you can't get through either! AT&T here I come I've been with you for 25 years and I'm back!

I had really bad experience with them Verison send me email for %50 percent off for new phone he didn’t let I show my email and told me we don’t have any discount and you can just trade your old phone . I went there for activate my phone he told me we can’t do activate right now but you want you have to make appointment for 3 or 4 days later . I asked them about mynewbill he told me we cannot give you any information about your bill amount till you get your new bill . I had some discount from my job he told me from now you don’t have discount anymore because your plan changed. Nothing changed just I upgraded my phone and they don’t explain anything for you before upgrade . I hate this customer service . This is kind of fraud.
