I am appalled with this " so called," FDIC Insured bank branch. I opened an account several months ago with a gentleman named Diego. After a few months I noticed fraud on my account. I tried to report it on three separate occasions, each time having a statement printed at two separate branches in Dana Point. When I returned to Laguna Niguel to report it. They said I never opened my account there and disregarded me, as if I were crazy, showing me a fraudulent printout as my so called statement. It was ridiculous. I obviously closed my account. Orange County is not secure online due to the fake cell towers the Police have been using. Someone get the feeds on this ASAO. And don't trust your money in any bank!! N

The people at the branch are fine. It's the support people who are the worst. Online banking stopped letting me make transfers. I called every day and talked to somebody. Sometimes they passed me on to two other people. They made me use a different browser and then change my password. But nothing worked. Finally, yesterday, after spending close to an hour passing me from one person to another, I was transferred to Brooke. After 15 minutes with her, she hung up on me. Now all that time is wasted, and if try again, I have to explain everything all over again to each representative, who has no idea what to do. So far, this is the worst bank I have ever used.

I came in today with quite a bit on my plate. Having lost my wallet last week, I needed to cancel and replace a few credit/debit cards, make a deposit, as well as make an appointment to set up a business bank account. Diego Garcia got me all squared away and even helped me print copies of the documents i needed for my appointment tomorrow in an extremely efficient and friendly manner. He went above and beyond to get me taken care of and i was out the door in under ten minutes. I am extremely grateful to him and whoever hired him, thank you!

This is my home branch and every time I go in the staff is courtesy and helpful. Made the mistake of going to another one (Muirlands location, see my review) and it was awful to say the least. Learned my lesson and will continue to go to this branch! And it doesn't matter who I work with here, I'm never treated poorly!

Walked in with three large plastic bags of $1 bills. My teller was very receptive in taking the time to count them out. It turned out that it was $3600 in total. He had a friendly,helpful attitude.

Everyone here as always been so sweet and helpful. Anytime I've had any issues they are always willing to listen and help me . I really like this branch and every employee in it. I can't thank them enough for always being such amazingly helpful people .

I have been coming here for 4 years now, and with this location being located "off to the side", it's a wonderful hidden Jem. It's never overly busy or crowded, the staff is always happy and accommodating, and the place is clean, professional, and easy. Just thought I'd leave a review because they've always been so helpful :).

Had to swing into this location for a quick withdrawal as my debit card seems to be misplaced. Upon entering I realized I actually had quite a bit to take care of (deposits transfers etcetera) I probably could have made it more streamlined for the banker but I wasn't thinking straight. Any way Rita was the banker and she was very patient and polite I would probably come in again just (even though it's out of my way) just to have the pleasure of working with her!

Last week I got a business line of credit at this bank. The bank manager who I met few months ago at a networking event helped me to open an account here. I have enjoyed easy banking, great customer service, and very informative support since then. Thank you US bank and the staff for everything.

Since I open my business & personal account @ this branch last year per Ramin the branch manager request and recommendation, it been a great transition of having peace of mind. The entire staff been helpful and friendly with great recommendation for our merchant account! Ramin promise that US bank will beat our merchant carrier fees and they deliver what he said. We just switch another location merchant account with them and been amazing to see how much we are saving with a lots of hidden fees that I didn't know from the other bank. Al and all I highly recommend this US bank location to all & make sure to let Ramin knows when you open your new account there, I know he goes out of his way to take care of you and your business.

I have always had issues with banking. Ever since I opened my business account @ US Bank, all my banking has become easier & less stressful. There are no surprise charges or unknown bank fees, staff & management are super friendly, which makes my banking pleasant now. They have also given me a nice business credit line which is very helpful. They are now working on a nice construction loan for one of my residential project with a very good interest rate. I strongly recommend this bank to all.
