“This place located in Laguna Niguel is excellent for quick purchases from tacos, donuts, sushi, McDonald's to the gym, pharmacy and other services, easy access and ample parking, a very clean and safe place”
“This hidden gem is actually very centrally located and has some very impressive art and lighting stores. There are also furniture and textile boutiques along with various other shops and even a yoga studio. You can also enjoy brunch at the cute little restaurant or sit and read near the fountain. There’s always parking in the back if the front is full but in the six years I have been coming to the design center I have never had parking be a problem. I highly recommend it to any local designers or residents!”

“There are not too many shops here as it’s a small strip mall, but we do get our shoes repaired here (next to Dominos pizza). If you have gently used goods you can donate to the FAM resale store ( like the Goodwill ) but their store is even better. They have lots of sales on items too and if you’re looking for the holidays for decor or gifts this is a really good place to find inexpensive items. I bought a ton of Halloween items back in October. Easter is coming up and they will probably have a cute display. There used to be a Rite Aid here but it has closed. There’s also a Smart and Final, but I have not been in there to mention anything on it.”
“Nice & convenient closest to Laguna Niguel Park. Mendocino Farms, Cava, & Jersey Mike's offer casual fast food that is decent. See's Candy, Yogurtland & a gourmet cookie shop are here too. Ted"s Diner for sit down & take-out . Whole Foods grocery & an Asian food restaurant also based here. Parking can be tight but have always found a spot.”

“Went to sprouts. Had a sandwich made at the deli counter. Pretty darn good and the woman making them was very nice, pleasant, and seemed to enjoy her job. What a freshing interaction. I'd definitely go back.”
