I would consider the store to be the anti-roadrunner store. I say that because roadrunner pushes a lot of their own in-house brand and requires you to do a proprietary foot scan so their sales people can haunt you with advice.

Instead, when I went to Fleet feet, The two employees that worked there were experienced runners and knew the products very well. In most cases, they’ve tried every shoe themselves and can speak to the pros and cons.”

“I’m responding to a low star review about pants fitting when they tried them on and then when they actually wore them they sink down low. Sorry but that’s not the company’s fault that’s your fault for not “trying” them on. Sure things look great in heals when we are standing upright but come on! It’s your fault for not even bothering to look at how they would fit when you weren’t standing up right!
I also have a review on a warm Sherpa comfy coat I just bought. The sales gal, I wish I knew her name, told me to get the small but as a 47 year old mom I hesitated to get the small and got the medium. I should have listened bc it doesn’t look right and it’s an almost $400 winter coat. They have a wonderful 15 day exchange or store credit!! I love this store so much and so do many of my friends. I am just really hoping they have the small because I love this unique sherpa jacket. If not… I will find something else I love. That being said… listen to the sales gals and if you buy pants, really try them on instead of complaining when they don’t fit your a…. When you sit down or bend over. Some chose to size up and are wrong and some choose to size down and wrong. The store is not at blame for either. And when in doubt, buy Micheal Stars! One size fits all or most? Dont blame the store if you happen to have a skinny day.”

“The people working at this location supply the best customer service assistance. I was really impressed by how Karen helped me pick out some shirts today. She was so friendly and helpful. I walked in and was immediately greeted. I was looking for a shirt I saw online and Karen located it immediately. They were very kind when I unfolded a couple other shirts to look at but I didn't want them. Karen and another gentleman said, no worries, unfold as many as you like, we are happy to have you take a look. I found several shirts and was asked if I would like to try them on to make sure I liked the fit. The gentleman reserved a dressing room and kindly put the shirts I was carrying around in the room with my name on the door so I could look for additional items. Thank goodness they suggested I try them on as I would have purchased the wrong size. They immediately found a better size for me and I decided to buy 3 instead of 1. I will definitely return to buy more items. I didn't realize Tilly's had such nice adult summer clothes. Thank you for the amazing help today.”
