“The staff was very friendly and helpful with my PC and phone repair. My phone was literally connected to my laptop via email. I didn’t know I had so the technician remove that email and remove the viruses that was linking my PC on my phone. Didnt charge me for the extra work. Very nice people.”

“I’ve owned a box at this location for 12 years. Now on the third franchise owner and he is best one yet. We had many issues in the past of not getting our mail or getting other box owners mail. Since the most recent owner bought this location about 6 years ago it has been so much better. Always very nice, attentive and prompt with outgoing packages too.”

“This UPS store is always efficient, well staffed, and the employees are friendly. It's a very well managed store. We have purchased items there, had documents notarized, and brought in many Amazon returns. Today I had an Amazon return that they had to help me with because I didn't have the right QR code. They went through the prompts with me on my app and helped me find the right QR code. They went above and beyond with their customer service to assist me. I truly appreciate their extra effort.”

“Every time I come to this location, I receive amazing and professional service. Eleven years ago, I was working on a resume for the job I have now and more recently, items I needed for my grandmother’s funeral service. This time, the work was for my sister’s wedding. I had some very important photos of family members who could not be with us. Jon was able to use his expertise to make the pictures presentable to the rest of our family.
