Really poor customer service. I went in to buy a sample for a large paint project and was told due to a supply shortage the last two months you cannot get a sample which when you could buy it wasn't cheap. Was then told the least expensive sample was a quart at $20. I'm done with Sherwin Williams and their lack of customer service.

Ashley at the Laguna Nigel location was so helpful! We had to buy a few quarts to touch up the walls and she was so helpful helping us match the colors. She was so friendly and went above and beyond.

They sell everything related to paints and accessories that are required to protect and cover things that are not going to be painted. The staff very good. They speak Spanish and English

I bought and applied all the steps of the garage epoxy, flake, and clear and it is totally wrong. There is a obscene amount of yellowing and know one at Sherwin can give me any idea what is wrong. We grinded the concrete to a virgin grade. Added 1st coat, 24hrs later 2and coat. 12 hrs later 3rd. Then flakes, then clear with yellow finish. We need answers.
