This is a great Pilates studio to learn and grow in your practice! I have learned so much and gotten so much stronger since becoming a member. I frequent the Laguna Niguel and Beach studios. Ms. Judi, Elise, & Brittany are great instructors and I always am thankful for their guidance and great workouts!
