27601 Forbes Rd #25, Laguna NiguelThis was the first time we decided to board instead of getting a house sitter, and it was a wonderful experience. We were initially nervous about how our cats would feel to be in a new place without us, so we went to check out the space in advance. The space is clean and airy, and the cats that were boarding at the time looked well taken care of and comfortable. The caretakers are clearly cat lovers and knew how to befriend even our shyest little guy. We also requested photos during their stay, and Erin sent us daily updates with lovely messages. We're so grateful for finding Cats-Luv-Us! We highly recommend them!

My Great Dane has tremors and was out of medication since our vet in Arizona could not transfer them. Ann got us on the schedule right away without an additional “emergency visit” charge like other places often do. We met with Dr. Haney, she is fantastic. She did an exam and got us out of there quickly so my dog could take his meds and get some rest. She genuinely cares about the well-being of her patients, I’m so grateful for the entire team at Alicia Pacific Veterinary Center. Thank you!

Today my family received a sympathy card from Banfield after having to have our dog Oso put to sleep on June 1st 2024. As soon as we opened it, we all started crying. It was so special and thoughtful of them to do that. It even had his paw print. It was his last gift to us. Thank you so much for doing it. I'm going to buy a frame for it and hang it on my wall. This was our first time eating at this place and we felt like we knew him and he knew us for a decade! The food is beautiful, delicious and healthy. There is good variety and it's all very reasonably priced. The location is nice and quiet and allows for an enjoyable afternoon lunch. Everyone was friendly and happy because Boris, his wife Yana and the rest of the staff truly go an extra mile!

I'm dairy & soy free so finding a menu item was difficult, but they poached the fish for me and made accommodations! The salmon with Cajun seasoning was fantastic and a goood portion. My husband got the oysters & frites and said he really liked both items! They also let us sample the wines before we ordered them. Looks like they have a good happy hour too- we'll be back!

I was told last night that before I order I should let them know I’m a VIP member so they don’t have to cancel and re-enter the order after the fact. She tried to say it in the nicest way possible she knew how and I didn’t mind but someone else could have taken offense by the way she said it as it came off annoyed with having to re-enter everything. Most of the cashiers are young and inexperienced in customer service which is understandable. I would suggest the manager train the employees to ask clients if they are a VIP member before taking their order and entering the information in the system. This would avoid the delays in having to delete and re-enter orders and become more efficient as well as possibly sell more VIP memberships. Seems like a win win for all.

28121 Crown Valley Pkwy, Laguna NiguelAbsolutely love this place! This location is pretty easy to find, it is in the back of the shopping center but once you drive in it's easy to locate. Parking is plentiful and easy to find. They have part of the line inside and most of the time you don't have to wait too long. The inside is so clean and presentable and feels very nostalgic. They have a lot of flavors so everyone can find something they like. Their flavors are unique and very clearly artisan. They taste quality and is truly some of the best ice cream I've had. My favorite thing to do is the mini try 4 sampler. It's quite a steal and great for someone like me who finds it hard to pick 1 flavor. Perfect size and you can even share it too. The employees are always patient and happy to help you figure out what you want. Wonderful customer service. If you're looking for a great ice cream place to try look no further than Handels!

25061 Adelanto Dr, Laguna NiguelMy puppy got a hold of a baby possum yesterday morning, the Lil guy was still alive but couldn't use its back legs. Rather then just take him to my nearest animal shelter just to be put down I called around and found Linda who offered to take him in. I'm really happy I found Linda and Denise who offered to help take the baby possum to Pacific Wildlife Project for me. Thank you guys so much for caring about these animals and all you do.
