Had a great experience getting our mattress from OrthoMattress. First looked at Bloomingdales and Macys where there wasn’t any sales person there to help us. So we decided to come here and picked out our mattress in a matter of 15-20 minutes. Sales manager was very knowledgeable and helpful but most importantly not salesy or pushy. kindly answered all of our questions, got the mattress delivered by two very nice guys a few days later. They called us and texted the morning of with a reminder and were at our house exactly on time. Such an easy seamless experience. Oh and the mattress we got is amazing and have been sleeping like a baby!

We love this place! We found this store when we moved into the neighborhood 13 years ago and we’ve been buying mattresses from Ortho ever since. Incredible customer service and great mattresses. Derek helped us this last time and provided us with amazing help! I can’t recommend this place enough if you are shopping for a mattress.

I'm writing this to thank and praise Lori Nichol for her help in getting a mattress and bedframe for my mother's apartment in Assisted Living. I was in need of a twin size bed to fit into my mom's studio apartment. I spoke to Lori of Ortho Mattress to try to figure out where to start. She knew all about mattress needs for elderly people, and the size that would be best for my mom in a studio size apartment. She lead me to purchasing a twin size bed with an adjustable frame. It's very comfortable, and the adjustable frame allows my mom to raise the back to watch TV in bed. Lori was terrific in arranging delivery. The cost was very reasonable. I'm truly grateful for Lori's help and advice.

I find it necessary to share my recent frustrating experience with Ortho Mattress and their warranty service, in the hopes that others can make a more informed decision before purchasing from this company.I bought a mattress and bed frame from Ortho Mattress and, unfortunately, the bed frame broke within the warranty period. Naturally, I contacted the company for a resolution, but was taken aback when I was charged $60 for an inspection of the faulty frame. A cost I was never informed of and one I believed would be covered under the warranty.The disappointment continued as I was later notified that I would be required to pay an additional $99.99 for the delivery and installation of the repair part. I was stunned. I had naively thought that the purpose of a warranty was to safeguard customers from such unforeseen costs.These charges feel like hidden traps, strategically placed to extract more money from customers post-sale. I have been left feeling scammed and disregarded as a customer.The sum of my experience is this: I am essentially being asked to pay again for a product that should have been built to last in the first place. This so-called warranty seems to be a ruse rather than a service intended to protect the consumer.I urge anyone considering a purchase from Ortho Mattress to be aware of these potential hidden costs. It is my belief that there are other mattress companies out there that offer not only high-quality products but also genuinely care about their customers and uphold the true meaning of a product warranty.Sadly, I cannot recommend Ortho Mattress. The initial quality of the mattress was satisfactory, but the after-sale service has been nothing short of disappointing. This experience has left me with a sense of regret and I hope that my review can help prevent similar experiences for others.Ortho Mattress, I sincerely implore you to reconsider your warranty terms and the manner in which you handle post-sale service. A good product is not just about comfort and durability, it's about customer service and trust.

I have hardly ever written a review but our experience at Ortho Matress was so great that it motivated me to share my thoughts. Ella, at the Laguna Niguel location, was so kind, attentive, and had so much patience! Me and my fiancé were bouncing from bed to bed for about an hour and a half trying to narrow down our search. We are so happy with our bed and had a wonderful experience. Ortho Matress is super personable and made us feel very cared for!! Thanks Ortho and sweet Ella!!!

Thomas made shopping for mattresses easy!He had such great energy and knew what he was talking about as well as the competition. He answered all our questions and made our decision easy. I highly recommend everyone buy a mattress with Thomas!!!

I would like to acknowledge exceptionally good customer service by Lori Nichol who is the store manager at Ortho Mattress, Laguna Niguel. Without going into the details, I made a request for a mattress exchange that was clearly outside of Ortho's stated company policy. Lori listened carefully to the explanation of my problem and said she would try to help me. She spent at least an hour patiently showing me several mattresses that she felt would be appropriate with detailed explanations regarding mattress construction and it's characteristics. We finally selected a mattress which I was very satisfied with. At that point, she told me she would have to get corporate approval for this transaction at which point she called the main office and spoke to Derek. She very accurately explained the situation to Derek and upon the completion of his review he approved the transaction. In my opinion and based on my personal experience I can say without hesitation that Lori Nichol, Derek at Corporate and the Ortho Mattress Company truly care about their customers and will go above and beyond. Wonderful experience! Laurie took her time on explaining every type of preferences for us. She totally respected our price range and was never pushy. We never had to go to another store. Honest solid people!

Called at least 6 times, no one ever answered. 3 out of 6 calls I left messages requesting call back. Never heard from them. Finally gave up and went elsewhere.

I had never purchased a mattress before and I went in not knowing what in the world I was doing. The sales associate Lori helped me pick out the perfect mattress and I'm soo glad I went with her recommendation. I've seriously never slept better!
