Best dress shop in the OC. I got my 30th birthday dress here 7 years ago and the girls working were very helpful. I went back last year and got two dresses for the weddings I had coming up. I went in on Thursday to look for a dress for my engagement party. I tried on at least 7 dresses and Michelle was so patient with me. This store is very clean and there's a ton variety. OC sparkle is a hidden gem!

My daughter needed a winter formal dress so decided to check out OC Sparkle. The website said an appointment is needed so my daughter called and thankfully was able to get in same day. The dresses are absolutely gorgeous and reasonably priced. The girls working were so nice and helpful. We will definitely be back. So thankful we found this gem.

Amanda was very helpful and pulled a few gowns for me to try. she understood my preferences and was not insistent if I could not make a decision yet . my only concern is there is no direct connection to refer for alteration which makes it difficult to envision if the gown can be altered to really fit the client .

I purchased a prom dress for my daughter and it fell apart. The sequins fell off in multiple places after only wearing it for a couple of hours and train and loop fabric separated. I am very disappointed in the quality of the dress for the price I paid. Which was very over priced compared to other boutu

I just want to start by saying that my daughter and I were extremely happy with the service here. It does say on their website that appointment is recommended, so I called, and I was able to get an appointment on that same day! As soon as we got there, a young lady did ask if we had an appointment and we said yes. They let us browse for a bit and pick out dresses to try on at the time of our appointment. The dresses are a little on the pricier side but for special occasions, it's worth it and they have a good variety of beautiful dresses. The young ladies assistant us were extremely attentive, explained everything from sizing, and asked what we were looking for in order to better assist us with types of styles. My daughter was able to try on multiple dresses for her senior prom and was able to find what she wanted. They have a stool and a mirror to see yourself with dress on, which was nice. The service was exceptional and I will definitely be recommending this place to my family and friends. Thank you OC Sparkle!!

Super happy ! My daughter was extremely excited about her dress. I forgot the girl's name that was helping us out but she was definitely very helpful and very kind. I've recommended a few of my clients for their daughters prom as well !

we went here twice in search of a prom dress. first time we didn't have an appointment and politely asked if we can just browse. the workers were very snobby, however we gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they were overwhelmed because we didn't have an appointment. we browsed and found very outdated and childish styles. the styles had very limited sizes and we could barely find anything bigger than a size 4. we again gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe they were just running low at that point. we were so uncomfortable by the workers we couldn't spend more than 15 minutes in the store. second time we went we had an almost identical experience, except there were only 2 of us going and we had an appointment. i told the stylist what i was looking for and i was entirely dismissed. i tried handing her a dress to put in the fitting room and she turned her back and walked away when i had made eye contact with her. again, sizing was limited and we STRUGGLED to find a dress (in ANY color of that style) in a size bigger than a 6. the workers again were SO RUDE and mean to us. we've had a lot of bad shopping experiences but never one that warranted a negative yelp review. all of the dresses were tacky and we found a total of 3 that were even OPTIONS for a semi simple a-line dress that wasn't a giant poofy ball gown. i've never cried when trying on dresses or clothes but i was never closer to it than i was at this place and so much of it was because of the workers. they gave us the nastiest looks and had the most disrespectful behavior towards us. i don't know what it was. maybe it was because we didn't look "rich enough" to shop there and they didn't think we could afford it when we were more than capable of affording any dress in that store. the definition of wasted time and gas money. save yours

I had no idea this place even existed until I googled "oc evening gowns" they happened to be literally down the street and I made an appointment. Within 20 min I was out the door with my new dress. I looked at neimans, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales and macys never found a single cute dress and I found the perfect one here for a black tie wedding

My daughter wanted something for prom that others wouldn't have. We found the most incredibly stunning dress at OC Sparkle! Everyone was very nice and there was no pressure.

Just be very aware…. Ordered a dress for my daughter’s prom online to be shipped to my house, paid extra for express shipping to get it in three days. The dress was never shipped to my house. Then they called and asked me to pick it up from the store. When I asked them to ship to me because I have paid extra for it, the guy answering the phone got super rude and said I am canceling your order and hang up on me. I called back to tell them that I will pick it up because it is for the prom, he said he already sold the dress… I was shocked because they sold the dress before refunding me first. So incredibly rude, unprofessional and heartless knowing it is prom season and that action would definitely broke a teenager’s heart.

With prom coming up, I called, made an appointment, showed up and was helped by the loveliest ladies that went out of their way to find me a fit. They knew exactly what I was looking for and didn't hesitate to make other suggestions. Told my friends about this place, if your looking for a dress go here!

Love this place! We found my daughter's Sherri Hill's prom dress here. We had an appointment and since there wasn't an appointment after us, the sales girl let my daughter try on more than 4 dresses and stay longer than an hour. We didn't feel rushed or pressured. The owner in the wheel chair was very nice to us. This will be our go to place for any special when dresses. They have a wide selection in many sizes. Thank you, OC Sparkle!

Amazing service they had the dress we wanted and more . Michelle was just wonderful helping with sizes and finding perfect gowns . They had a huge selection of formal , cocktail and prom dresses .
