“My phone is my lifeline for my career, and sometimes the smallest bugs can cause huge inconvenience. I went to this location after weeks of frustration and Zion was so helpful and kind. He was genuine, light hearted, and patiently took time to help me out. The gentleman working with him (Ciro?) was also gave very friendly service, helping Zion out as this was a unique situation. I’ve been with T-Mobile for about 8 years now and this is the first time I left an experience that was 100% positive. I’m not one to leave reviews but Zion and (Ciro?) really made an impression. “Danny helped us sign up for a family plan and home Internet on a Sunday afternoon. He was polite, helpful, and helped walk through all the options. He took the time to go through all the details and answered all our questions… he even asked ones that we we didn’t think of. We left with our new phones syncing and finished the setup at home with his detailed instructions (he offered to complete everything for us but we had eaten up so much of his time already). By the end of the night our account was fully setup in the app, all the perks were redeemed and we got to see the final estimated bill, which was right in line with what we discussed. No surprises. Tied right back to the itemized quote sheet he provided.
The only drawback, and no fault of Danny’s, was the signup process at the store took longer than expected due to multiple lines (not everyone was present), having to download software updates on phones and having to make decisions on new phone models, which we weren’t prepared to do. Danny was patient as we made decisions and the store managers were pleasant and supportive throughout the process.
The cell service has been great so far and the home WiFi was easy to setup. The Verizon app is easy to navigate and the perks offer an additional small discount to the direct pricing we were paying previously. Overall, we’re happy we made the switch from ATT.”
