He was genuine, light hearted, and patiently took time to help me out. The gentleman working with him (Ciro?) was also gave very friendly service, helping Zion out as this was a unique situation. I’ve been with T-Mobile for about 8 years now and this is the first time I left an experience that was 100% positive. I’m not one to leave reviews but Zion and (Ciro?) really made an impression. Because of the age of my phone, the store associate, Ricky, was unable to use the standard app to complete the data transfer.
