He was genuine, light hearted, and patiently took time to help me out. The gentleman working with him (Ciro?) was also gave very friendly service, helping Zion out as this was a unique situation. I’ve been with T-Mobile for about 8 years now and this is the first time I left an experience that was 100% positive. I’m not one to leave reviews but Zion and (Ciro?) really made an impression. “We went to the Laguna Niguel store to get data transferred from my current phone to the phone I just purchased. Because of the age of my phone, the store associate, Ricky, was unable to use the standard app to complete the data transfer. Lucky for us, Ricky persisted and determined a work around to complete the process. We are so grateful to Ricky for, not just his persistence, but also his knowledge and his superb customer service. “Edit - I was able to quickly resolve my issue by visiting the cox store in person.
Apparently the text support service is outsourced to a third party, and the communication from the agent on the text support was unclear and confusing.
Best option is to call the store directly or visit in person.”

But the techs seemed very good.
