5 Star service at 1 Star drive!! Just leased my first Mercedes-Benz. This poem describes my 5 star experience with Sales gal Rosie Sosa. Roses are red, and violets are blue. You gave up your 1 day off too! The time we spent together was truly a joy! I valued that more than my NEW TOY! But speaking of NEW TOYS, my dream came true. You facilitated that with ease but that's what you do! You sell more than just cars, you excel in your gift. Your level of patience and rejoicing gave me quite a lift! You shine brighter than my new car, I truly must say. The whole process brought healing and made my DAY!!!Thank you Rosie . Susie

This was my first visit. It was wonderful to find everyone very friendly. Eddie Chavez was very professional and knowledgeable. Took care of my car service needs. He made check in and check out painless.Simon helped me in getting loaner car, he made sure that everything is done so I can drive back without any problems.Great service and very professional staff.

I took the car in for a recall and to fix a small item. I’m going to be driving the car out of state for a short trip next week. I asked that they check the fluids etc as a safety precaution. It will just be my husband and I. My husband can no longer drive so I was most grateful for the great service. Marilyn Odgers

I wanted to see a Mercedes model that was top rated in the class of SUV I was looking for. I preferred to stay local. I was recommended to work with Fletcher Jones, I decided to go to Laguna Niguel. I am closer to Laguna Niguel, and I just wanted to see the car. I was very happy with that decision. I really liked the Mercedes they had. The sales team was great to work with. They were willing to deal a with us. We felt both sides made a great deal. The sales manager made us feel like we were buying a G-Class. The service team, who repaired a minor dent on our used car, were very helpful. It was a smooth experience from drop off, to getting my loaner, to pick up. Love my Mercedes more now, then when I bought it.

This is the second time we purchased a car from Mercedes of Laguna Niguel. Our sales rep Duke before and now was exceptional! He keep up with birthdays for my wife, and the service there is next level. The manager Michael Bell is accommodating and worked to make the sale happen with a good trade in value that made the sale happen. I've been having my car serviced here for years, but this was my first time purchasing from this dealer. Bernie Mendez made my car purchase quick and completely easy. Prior to my appointment, he responded to emails quickly and advised me of everything needed for the purchase. Bernie took time going through all the features of the car to ensure it was setup exactly how I wanted. I would certainly purchase a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel and Bernie again.

While visiting Southern California I needed servicing and maintenance performed on my car. My previous experience has been with Northern California Mercedes dealerships, and I must say that the experience at Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel far exceeded my expectations. My requirements were met with courteous professionalism, and a minimum of fuss or bother. Overall Mercedes-Benz provides excellent customer service, but this location went above and beyond what I’d previously experienced. Assistant Service Manager Lee Hawkins made everything clear and effectively communicated with me by answering all of my questions and concerns promptly and fully. I was very impressed.

Dropped my 2022 CLA-250 off for a regular service for the 30,000 miles. I was paired up with Devon, Assistant Service Manager. During the check in I mentioned that my front brakes were vibrating/rumbling again. I had the same issue at 20,000 miles. This dealer replaced the front rotors as part of the last service under warranty. Back then I figured it must have been some bad rotors. However, about 5,000 miles later, the new rotors started rumbling again. When I described this to Devan, he immediately said that this wasn't normal. I agreed. He then added that this can only come from "external" influences. He then went on to say that it must be the way I was driving, causing the brakes to overheat. He had never seen this issue before and there were no recalls or bulletins. I explained that I was just using the car for my commute on the freeway to work. I questioned how normal driving would cause two sets of rotors to warp that quickly. Devin became argumentative, telling me he would use his emergency brakes when stopping at a traffic light to allow the brakes to cool down. I added that I drive pretty mellow and rarely use the brakes and if I did, I rarely used them very aggressively. He continued to argue with me that it had to be my driving causing this issue. I am not sure who trained him in customer service, but man, I sure felt I was sitting in court being the defendant and he was the prosecutor. He kept pointing out that this for sure would not be covered under warranty again, cause the car had 30,000 miles on it. I ask if they wouldn't cover their repair job under warranty. He said not in this case, implying it was my fault. I added that I was more concerned with fixing the issue once and for all. I mean, is he really expecting me to have the brake rotors replaced every 10,000 miles?I offered up some suggestions of other possible causes, such as an issue with the hardening process of the rotors, uneven brake pressure between calipers, wheel bearing issues, over torqued wheels or etc. Like anything that could cause this.I left the car with them. Devan called me later to tell me that they found nothing wrong with the brakes. He had a technician drive it and he didn't notice anything. So now I have the car back and the brakes are rumbling as before, so noticeable that passengers in the car are asking me what's wrong with your car?Really fantastic service! Not what I would expect from a Mercedes Benz Dealer. Who argues with their customer about the issue they are facing? Who blames their customer for their car issues without even looking into the issue? What an adversarial position to take! It was clear from the moment I mentioned the issue that there was no interest in resolving it. I am not surprised about the other 1-star reviews regarding their level of service. If the assistant service manager in this place has the attitude that a recurring mechanical issue is the customer's fault, you know how the service department is run over there. Just wow!Guess where I will not buy my next car?

I was visiting Southern California and my car was overdue for servicing, as well as showing symptoms of computer problems. I took it in expecting the worst, as I've found from previous experience that problems of this kind are expensive and prone to long wait times for parts. I had to get things fixed in order to make my trip home - Newport Beach to the San Francisco Bay Area. Not only was the repair done quickly, it was very thorough and took care of all the problems I was encountering and it runs considerably better than before -- especially accelerating and mileage. As a rule, Mercedes-Benz is quite thorough when servicing your vehicle -- they take the time to do a thorough inspection and evaluation. Because of the fact it needed computer adjustments and a full (and neglected) scheduled servicing I expected a pretty hefty bill. I was both surprised and delighted that the work was accomplished for less than the estimate (!), but was done very quickly. My Northern California dealer was always courteous and thorough as well, but this family-owned dealership went above and beyond to answer all my questions in a timely and professional manner. Most impressive, and though I have no real negative criticisms of other service departments this location was a cut above the other service departments I've dealt with. I spend time in Newport Beach pretty regularly and intend to use this dealership for my future maintenance needs. My dealings with the Assistant Service Manager Lee Hawkins gave me confidence that everything was performed perfectly, the cost was less than expected (and Mercedes-Benz is not the least expensive place for repairs, but always has the most well-trained technicians), and I drive away from the whole experience smiling -- and THAT is pretty much a miracle in the world of automotive servicing!As a side note I walked through their showroom and can attest that they stock a very wide selection of models -- from the affordable to the machines I can only dream about. Great dealership and (odd to admit) a great experience!

It was a pleasant experience. We called MB of Foothill Ranch because they serviced our 450 before. The young lady was very nice and made the appointment for us at MB of Laguna Niguel to service our motorhome. Jesse my service advisor was very professional, personable and explained the process. He stayed in communication with me and followed up as expected. All in all the type of service you expect from MB and you didn't disappoint

Devin my service advisor is the most amazing person in the world! He always communicates with me and gives me options when it comes to repairs and guides me with patience. I love working with him and he has made my experience at Mercedes a pleasurable one. I had seven RANGE ROVER‘s over the past 10 years and their service was god-awful. Thank God I have found Mercedes and have Devan guiding me! Thank you for everything you do just picked up my car it’s amazing.
