“I overslept and missed my appointment. I then went in as a walk-in and the young man took me right in as there was no one waiting in the waiting room. He was very polite and very fast as I told him I had to pick up my grandson in a few minutes. He was very kind and good at what he does. Kudos to him!!!”

The audio sound too loud at waiting room lobby, it distracts my attention on check-in registration at Kiosk machine.”
“No appointment, they took me right away because no one else with an appointment was there when I arrived. But there were three in the waiting room when I left. Best to get an appointment when possible.”
“Arrived before opening after a holiday weekend. 5th person in line. In and out in less than half hour. The supervisor Sangita was very pleasant and professional. The technician was quiet but efficent in wanting to find my tiny deep veins with only one poke. She absolutely did and with no pain at all. Confident I won't bruise. I usually do with blood draws.”

“I would give a 4 star to the front office staff for acknowledging someone that come thru the door but 0 star on one of the phlebotomist, Joanna, I had a terrible experience this morning, she inserted the needle in my right arm so sudden that it gave me pain right away then moved it abruptly toward the right side that I had to pull my arm due to extreme pain. I gave whole blood and platelets to Red Cross on a regular basis to know that this was not normal. She seemed to be in a hurry to get rid of me.”
“This has the only person who can draw my blood with one stick. I am 75 and drive on the crazy freeway just to have her do it. The hospitals, labs and every other places that try, leave me bruised up and down both arms.”

If your blood work needs to be done outside of regular appointment hours, inform the staff, and they will do their best to accommodate you. The staff members are very professional and helpful, particularly Edgar, who handled my blood work.”
“Not sure why this place has so many negative reviews. I’ve been doing tests here for years and every time the experience is great. Plenty of next-day or even same-day appointments, fast automated check-in, short wait time, friendly nurses. Results, which are promised to be available in 7-10 days, are sometimes even available overnight. This place saves me a lot of time. Overall a very efficient process.”
“I didn't get all the bloodwork I was hoping to today (I think maybe my doctor's office dropped the ball on the full order), but wanted to write in about my positive experience.
I had to walk-in and was seen after a short wait. I had Leslie draw my blood and I had never had it done so well before. She used a butterfly needle, it was relatively painless, and she quickly extracted several tubes without much fuss. I was shocked at how efficient the process was. She's great and I hope to get her again when I come back. :)”
