Absolutely miserable experience. The two guys that took my stuff were beyond RUDE!!! They acted like I was a total imposition, and one of them wouldn't help lift the boxes onto the back of the semi. I'm 64 and needed help, and he just stood there saying "who's going to help me inside the truck? This is your job to lift it, I work inside the truck." ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? I will NEVER go back!!!!

They make it so easy at the location in Laguna Niguel parking lot located in the Ziguart Bldg area. Drive up, open car trunk, they will take items for donation. Give you a receipt and off you go. NO hassle, no waiting, just donating to good charity.

Impressively convenient. I drove up. Parked. And before I could even get out of the car, the team had already opened my hatch and grabbed my donations. It took two seconds to confirm everything was good to go and I was on my way. Highly recommend.
