This jewelry company is the most honest, friendly, and professional jewelry dealer in the Laguna Niguel area. I brought my vintage Ernest Borel watch in for a main spring replacement. They repaired it and several weeks later I accidentally l banged it and it stopped working. I just got my watch back and they did not charge me for another additional repair. Unlike experiences with many other jewelers in the area, I feel very comfortable dealing with Steve and Paul.

Angelo is too busy. Go somewhere else. Unless you spend more money. Then Angelo might be available. Save yourself from a poor experience! Stopped in to have a gold loop added to a shell to make a necklace. They priced the work at $25. I looked at chains but didn't want to pick one until the loop was finished so I said I would buy a chain upon pickup next week. The jackhat behind the counter then proceeded to tell me that Angelo would be too busy to do the loop unless I was going to buy a chain today. Haha! What a joke! So I left. Not the kind of Jeweler I want to do business with. Not friendly.

Angelo and his team are excellent. They are so courteous and friendly, they have the most beautiful jewelry, pieces that are one of a kind. Angelo takes great pride in his workmanship and Paul is amazing with watches and clocks. Paul knows his craft and makes sure you get the best service. I visited Jewelry by Angelo because I bought a pendant for my wife's gold chain that wouldn't fit on without modification. The gentlemen here were extremely nice and helpful. They were able to attach the pendant to the chain on-site in less than 5 minutes. All the other jewelry I saw in the shop was beautiful. I would highly recommend this shop for all your jewelry needs.

Having lived in the area since the early '70s I both used and watched this business. Recently I went in to have my rings re-sized because my fingers seemed to have changed due to an injury a couple of months previous. They could have taken my money and done the job. Instead, they said, "Wait, even up to a year. It may take that long for the swelling to go down." Right on. It took about 8 months, but eventually I got my wedding rings back on. It is hard to find such helpfulness and honesty today. This is the BEST.

I've been going here for decades for any jewelry repairs, getting watch bad/bracelet links removed, etc. Always quick service while you wait, very reasonable prices. My nephew had his girlfriend's bracelet repaired here, and also had a good experience. Pleasant, professional staff.
