“Cesar is the manager of this store and is the perfect person for the job. He gave me the best customer service ever! He took care of an issue for me that I have been working on with Cox customer service for months, since November 2023. Not once did he hesitate to help me and resolve the issue with ease and grace. He really took care of me like old school customer service. I could hear and feel how much he genuinely cares about his customers and sure took a heavy load off my shoulders.
