Expensive and did not deliver by due date. I was charged over $300 just to do screen printing on the back of five jerseys I provided. Gave a couple of weeks and a due date. Day of I had to call them to check in on the status. They never called back for me to pick up that night. I called the next day to check in again, and they were still not complete. The next day these jerseys did not make it to its event that it was intended for. All in all of waste of time, money, effort, energy, and frustration.

JC really delivered. I shopped around for a bit looking where to buy my dad caps in bulk w embroidering for my new branding of my hair salon. I was concerned over hat size and fit and he invited me into his shop to try some options on. He was patient. I couldn’t decide the size of logo, so he suggested he would make samples. After making a decision, he delivered on time and beautifully. When I picked up the hats, he also had some great marketing ideas for me ready. I will be back to do those :) I wanted to add that communication with him was very easy, and great business hours.Image attached is my adult caps on the left and youth on the right, for the parents that like to have something match w their babies.

Horrible! Stopped by hoping to have a couple of custom hats and jackets embroidered, but we could tell within 15 seconds that the guy wasn’t interested in our business. I guess if you’re not a business with a big corporate order, they’re not interested in helping you. Go elsewhere.

-$400 no refund, no partial refund, Huge mistake, a complete waste of money and time.I called around to a few places to get quotes on embroidery and Jose “jc” answered.He spent a little extra time explain pricing and what I can make off hats and I liked that.I Dropped 20 hats off to him and picked them up a week later.I pointed out the holes in the hat and he said it was normal, and it’s good quality, then said it was due to the material, just making excuses.I took my hats dropped them off at a friends shop to sell and my friend said “I can’t have that quality of work here, take them”I called Jose a couple hours later explaining to him I am unhappy because I am unable to sell this quality of hat after sometime of him saying he can’t do anything, no refund, partial of full and him saying it’s except-able work, we agreed that if I went and got my hat embroidered somewhere else that was better quality, he would give me half back $100, I did bring back a hat that was embroidered with no visible holes proving that it wasn’t the material, it was in fact his work that ruined my hats.I am now down $200 on the hats and another $200 for the embroidery job totaling $400! Wait $390 since Jose asked if I pay cash I’ll save $10…None of the other hats in the display case look as horrible as mine it was just a sad and horrible experience!

Dropped off a Christmas stocking to get ONE initial embroidered (about 3" big). The usual place I go for embroidery was shut down and this place was literally down ten street so I decided to give them a try. The man at the shop told me it would take 2 weeks- not a problem (I wasn't in a rush) and that he would call when it was ready. Two weeks passed and I hadn't heard from him so I decided to call, turns out they hadn't embroidered it yet (sounded like they forgot about it) and asked me to pick which font I wanted since they hadn't saved the style I had picked in store when I dropped it off two weeks ago. I picked a font via text and he told me it would be a week. A week passed and I finally got a call saying it was ready for pickup. The actual embroidery was fine but I couldn't believe it took 3 weeks to get ONE 3 INCH letter embroidered on a Christmas stocking! I'm hesitant to get another embroidery job done here...

I have been using Image Embroidery for over 10 years and highly recommend them for any of your embroidery or screen printing needs. JC is the BEST! I not only use Image Embroidery and Screen Printing to personalize items but also have purchase apparel from them and then have it personalize. The employees are professional and have helped me with how to set up different emblems as well as names and other art designs.

I want to share the excellent work and collaboration with Image Embroidery on 4 projects I have done with them in 2020. Working with Jose on our company logo jackets, shirts and masks has been a very good vendor/client experience. I received top quality embroidery on high-end clothing pieces that met our expectations. Key to the success was Jose's intake process of reviewing color, placement and size of each work in writing. I was so pleased with the work he did with the clothing pieces I had brought in that this last order I used the masks he sources and was impressed with the quality of the materials, logo embroidery and final presentation. It is not easy to find vendors that will work with orders that are less than 100 piece count and to find someone local is especially rewarding.

I MADE a BIG MISTAKE to come here. I was referred to come here for wanting to get monogram on my son dress shirt for his birthday. I was VERY CLEAR as what I wanted and I thought Jose understood that. He did not gave me a copy of my invoice as I paid and left the store. They did not kept their promise as to have the shirt ready for when I asked originally. After my call they rushed the job for that reason they MADE HUGE mistake on it . So not only I am out of $86 that I paid to buy this two shirts and paid this place $54 for monogramming it and turn two sleeves for cuff links NOW I have to start all over again and take it somewhere else. Jose chucked it up to a miss understanding instead of apologizing and offering me SOMETHING weather my money back or trying to see if he can fix them. I also used their number for text and text him how I felt AND GOT NO REPLIED BACK. Protocol on monogram on any men dress shirt is only on the left sleeve NOT BOTH. I only found out the store has changed ownership and people going here thinking Julie still is the owner . SO DISAPPOINTED and WILL NEVER come back here. Also his prices are bit high. SAVE YOUR MONEY and find another place to go. NEVER AGAIN..

I had a last minute idea for my son's birthday dinner which was in 24 hours. I called up Image at 6:00pm the night before and Jose was so generous with his time and effort to gather hats he had on hand for my project. He emailed me images and sample of design within 30 mins and had them ready in time the next day. He made my son's birthday so special! Thank you Image Embroidery for your professionalisms and service. I'll definitely be back.

Jose was great. I purchased a couple of shirts that needed some additional custom imprinted items. Jose matched the size, font, colors, etc perfectly. Very impressive. Fair pricing, delivered the goods on time. I will do business there again for sure.
