OVERCHARGING!!!Store consistently use inaccurate price tags on shelves. Management on notice and it still occurs! Owner won't respond to messages. This seems to be deliberate! WATCH YOUR RECEIPTS! Items are rang up for 3 times what they are being advertised for.

I am so excited to find out we have a new Grocery Outlet. I usually go to the one in Lake Forest, and having one closer is priceless. I love the hours; I shop early and the store opening at 7:00 AM makes my shopping day productive. Parking is plenty, easy access, clean store, some friendly employees, some not so friendly -but honestly, I really do not care. I come to buy stuff, in and out quickly - and with a tight budget this place rocks! I have specific items I shop there as part of my grocery list and there are items that are continuously sourced, so I am happy. I love the prices and in my particular case, the selection for my type of diet. You can find other things too, like kitchen items, laundry items, shampoo, paper towels, even sleepers! The selection varies as they source whatever is available at that time. What you find one week, might not be there next week. Think of this store like the TJ Maxx, of grocery stores. Come with an open mind to find treasures, new things, new brands, and for that - this store is great! Not, only you will get to try new things, it would be at a great price. Thank you, Grocery Outlet for coming to town.

Everyone in this store is so nice it's crazy. Joyce is always smiling and willing to help out in anyway possible. They may not have "everything" like a normal supermarket but if you can't figure out how to make dinner for your family when you come here.... That's a you problem. Thank you GOBM!!

They have made improvements including longer expiration dates, more organic foods/snacks, and the biggest improvement on the attitude of the cashiers (nicer and friendlier).

I didn't remember coffee until I was already checking out at Costco, so instead of going back through that maze, I stopped here on my way home. I wouldn't come to Grocery Outlet with a strict list but it is definitely worth wandering around to see what you can find. I was pleased to find organic keto cereal for $2, a big bag of mozzarella for $5, a package of Dunkin Donuts ground coffee for $6, and a box of hidden valley granola bars for $1. I didn't find plain Dunkin brand but there were multiple out of season flavors at a discount. Where prices on those products were impressively low, other products such as cooking spray and peanut butter are better-priced at Aldi. What I liked most about this place is that parking is easy and it's not too crowded, so it's a pretty stress-free place to shop. The employees were all very friendly and helpful.

Check the dates and the prices when you check out. The entire store is basically expired or just about to. They make you think your getting a deal because it is marked at a good price, bit then will come up at a higher price. Then they will insult you, talk down to you, if you bring it up to them. Can't wait for them to fail so we can get something better locally. Shameful.

My favorite grocery store hands down. Whenever I travel I first look to see if they have a GO! No joke! Grocery Outlet makes shipping fun and this coming from a fella that absolutely hates shopping. I do like to eat though...?♥️✨

While this store could be a great place to shop, the lackluster customer service significantly detracts from the overall experience. The employees' unwelcoming demeanor and lack of assistance can make even the simplest tasks, like checking out, feel like an uphill battle. I recently experienced this firsthand when I attempted to check out at one of the registers. Despite the open sign, the cashier had her "closed" sign lit up. Upon trying to use the nearby open register, I was met with a dirty look and a curt dismissal from another employee. Instead of offering assistance, she simply gestured towards another checkout aisle. Left feeling unwelcome and frustrated, I decided to abandon my cart and leave the store altogether. This incident highlights the need for significant improvement in the store's customer service approach. Friendly and helpful employees can make a world of difference in the overall shopping experience. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Had recently started coming here since receiving the $10 off $40 coupons in the mail. Some items are really a good deal, like seasonings, produce. It’s a limited product store but for a quick trip before going to regular grocery stores is worth it. Store is new and clean.

I have been going to this store since it opened. It is not your typical grocery store as they buy overstock items directly from the supplier. What you see one day may not be there the next. This is my first stop when shopping. If they do not have an item on my list then I go to other stores. Some of the items I routinely buy at Grocery Outlet are produce including organic lettuce, onions, jalapeños (1.79 for a 1 lb. bag) potatoes, ground turkey (Foster Farms $3.99). Kobe ground beef ($5.99) lb. Grated mozzarella, and there are always specials I found Jenny Craig frozen fish and chips for .99 each. Artisan Brioche hamburger buns and lots more. The staff is new and trying very hard. No it's not perfect and certainly not high end but for those of us looking for groceries at reduced prices is is a great fit.

Super pleased with the selection and prices! So many high end snacks for great prices. Tons of matcha snacks and gluten free options at the lowest prices I have seen. I will definitely be back!!

Store is mostly with empty shelves. I don’t like that.Irvine branch is better than Aliso Viejo
