I had a bad fitting and when I showed up to pick up, the rental did not fit.
The people working that day worked hard to tailor it properly but it was just too small because of the rush order.
The Manager gave me a full refund and apology.
This location had good integrity and cared about what was going on with me.

Both times I went in for my rental, all the staff was very friendly, helpful and quick to do a fitting and process the order. I would recommend going to these guys!

Virtual visit was helpful and efficient! In - store fitting was necessary and professional. Out of town wedding so extended return was much appreciated. Great staff support from start to finish and email updates were also helpful!

I went in just before closing, and Evan was training a new employee. Despite the added pressure of dealing with me and two other people, Evan maintained his professionalism, expertly juggling customer service and training responsibilities. He exemplified the qualities of someone you’d want your kids to look up to, showing kindness and support that exceeded expectations. I’m genuinely grateful for his exceptional service and character. Evan is the person you want to assist if you ever need a tuxedo or suit.
