Rayanna and John were extremely kind, patient, and helpful with my prints. They took time to help me and even stayed a little bit past closing to help me finish my order. Extremely satisfied with their expertise!

I clearly asked for shipping with NO signature required and they processed it with signature required. Total pain.

This store needs to clean house. Guy in gray shirt(looked like manager) told me my package needed to be repacked and didn’t say another word as I waited over 15 min for another incompetent employee helping one other customer. There was another employee who was pacing back and forth and didn’t look like he had an assignment. And another employee who was helping customers who came in after me. Zero customer service. Maybe after making me wait like 5 min give me some sort of update.

We have a business account. I drop off large shipments which require using the larger Dolly, I had to come to this location instead of my normal one and they would not let me and were pretty rude about it. Avoid this location!

GHETTO! RUDE! DISRESPECTFUL Clearly, FedEx doesn't care about their image or the quality of service they provide at this location. If they did, they would address all these complaints and concerns which they don't. Reason I know it's because I dealt with two rude, unprofessional, disrespectful GHETTO employees, which one claimed she was a assistant manager name "Mel" dressed as if she just came from an overnight rave party straight to work. Wearing a Grey sweater while its heatwave outside, bloodshot eyes, you could smell the stench of something from her breath, barley could stand up straight, disrespectful, giggling the whole time as if its a joke. I Walked in, waiting for assistance. Meanwhile, her and the other employee were talking loudly about the night before. No care about customers. Nobody else around to help. After calling her for help. The other girl name Laura clearly couldn't comprehend the address I was trying to ship my items to. The so-called assistant manager stood their and kept smirking since she was clearly intoxicated from something. No name tags, no uniform. Left this place and never going back. Called FedEx, and they didn't even bother calling me back. I do over thousands and thousands of dollars in shipping. I will never ship another item with Fedex, taking my business to UPS and USPS. Thanks, Fedex!!Stay away form this store and this company. They clearly don't care about the poor service and classless employees that represent their company.

Whomever does the hiring there should be more accountable and invest in friendly helpful people. This location has been unpleasant for years. I try to avoid this location as much as possible.

Jon the assistant manager will overcharge you! They try to find anyway to charge you even when you bring in a prepaid package. He noticed a small empty space in the package and tried charging me to stuff it. I’ve been to other FedEx and UPS locations and never experienced such a thing, if anything they try to help you.

Walk in with an $80 shipping package and was told can no longer use an extra box (as that's what my 3rd party insurance requires). So took my 25k annual fedex budget to UPS. Yes, you also need to buy extra boxes there but their rates are less. So if I have to pay for extra boxes, I might as well pay less to ship. Losing 25k annual account over maybe $50 a year in some extra boxes. Great management decision.
