Crystal was extremely kind and friendly and Jon saved the day with finding an opportunity for me to save big on returning a piece of furniture from Wayfair. I was so pleased with their service and support. This is my neighborhood FedEx, grateful for Crystal and Jon to be a part of the community.

Victor the manager is Amazing! This is a full service store just like the rest of them but the people make it EXTRA!Victor helped me figure out the best way to get a projected printed and scanned.Grateful for the extra help!Thank you, Kinko's!!

What a wonderful, unexpected surprise to find a shipping store during the holidays with staff members who are polite and go out of their way to help you get your package to its destination without having to spend a small fortune. Great customer service by each of the members that I dealt with, which is hard to find nowadays. I walked away smiling and I will definitely be back. UPS could definitely take a lesson from y'all. Keep up the good work!

Bf had to drop off something and they have a new system. You can scan the item yourself and it's so easy!! Employees are very pleasant.

The absolute worst customer service!! The service here is so bad, I'm 100% convinced the good reviews are fake or paid for. When you walk in, the huddle of workers act as if you are an inconvenience, if they acknowledge you at all. If you need any help, good luck. You might want to watch a YouTube video on know how to do their job because you'll be asked if you are picking up or dropping off. If you are dropping off, you will have to wait in a line to print out your own label & it is only then, when they will take your package. Wow I just need to know where to clock in for my shift, since I'm doing the work. At least until FedEx realizes the customer is doing the work & they no longer need a staff.

Extremely lazy workers, refused to even look at a part I had and was requesting them pack and ship because it was a car part and might have oil in it, which it did not, nor would a carburetor ever have oil in it.

I had already stuffed my package completely and wrapped what I was shipping in bubble wrap but they told me it had to be stuffed to the brim so the package doesn't push in at the top at all. Ive never heard of this rule anywhere in 7 years of selling things online; 7 years I have never had this issue. But I guess Fedex wants to be special and wanted to charge me 3.99 to put more stuffing in it and refused to ship it out. Fedex must be going broke the way they're trying to money grab customers. Waste of gas, waste of time, waste of space store. The UPS stores around the area have way better service and I recommend you go there instead. I will never come to this store again.

What on earth happened to this location? Horrible customer service at the counter. I used to get my business printing done here all the time, but will not even try in the future. The employees need training, at the very least. They are inattentive, rude, and don't have the first clue about providing the basics of sales and service. I should mention that the separate shipping counter is still spot on, and do a great job.

I was referred to the Print Department here and told Nate would help me as I'm having trouble printing a program for my father's funeral printed. Nate was not only non helpful but his attitude was hard to believe. Not one ounce of customer service. It's a bad look and made me feel worse if that was possible at this tough time. I'll go anywhere else for help printing than this store.

Good luck getting any help from the so-called employees here, they're far more concerned about having conversations with each other than helping customers. They look at you with resent when you dare to ask them for help with something. I had to interrupt 4 employees having a conversation amongst themselves because they were completely ignoring me even though they saw me standing there in front of them. I was having problems with the fax machine and the man who "helped" me literally just walked to the machine, explained ONE step, then left even though the issue was that my fax wasn't sending. When I went to get him the second time he practically scoffed at me. This place is a joke, so I ended up leaving without sending the fax.

This place is a mixed bag of nuts. Depending on who you get the service might be great and other times not worth it. To be clear this is for the FedEx review and the print part. I had to drop a package which was a medical equipment return and manager refused to provide receipt . His excuses was they are not allowed to touch. How is it they can transport it or deliver it ? Or even take it out of drip box. He even refused to scan when I would hold it. Logic is and was not best quality of some employees. Besides that FedEx service itself has gone down quite a bit in reliability and on time
