My husband and I became frustrated with the BMW dealer service. We talk to some friends about a good service center for a car. They recommended euro performance world. Our first experience was extremely good and every time or family needs anything they call Aaron and he takes care of our problems Fast and fairly priced

AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COST.They are absolutely the worst mechanic shop I have dealt with to this day. They will ruin your car instead of fixing it. I brought my BMW in and by the end of it, Aaron and Mike ended up charging me thousands of dollars after doing a "thorough" check of the car". I went through with it because they guilted me into thinking my car needed it. They stated that "my car would drive across the country and back now".Within 50 miles of getting it back from the shop, the oil pressure light popped on and we instantly brought it back to them since this is an issue that we never had in the past and they initially replaced the oil filter housing gasket. They claimed the car had an oil pressure sensor go out so we replaced that and they proceeded to take the car on a test drive and tell me a story how the engine seized and they got rear ended. They didn't file a police report or even get the correct information from the accident. The insurance is saying the policy number provided by euro performance world was terminated in 2021. They have absolutely no clue what they are doing. It has been weeks and they refuse to even make an effort to even want to get the bumper fixed. They take no responsibility for their work and refuse to let you speak to the owner. They have been miserable to work with and the staff at this shop is so incredibly rude and unprofessional. Someone please tell me why this company says it was terminated on the California business search.Do not make the mistake of bringing your car here.

Do not be fooled by the old good reviews for this place, they belonged to George! If you want to be yelled at, bullied, and mansplained go to this place. Aaron the manager has major anger issues and had a complete melt down (unprovoked), later I found out the prices he had given me was also $100 more than other places... so in a way I got lucky to dodge this place. I can't imagine having to come back here again if there would be any follow up issues with the service they had provided and would ask them to fix anything: I brought my car back from the Porsche dealer which had performed an inspection and told me battery was functioning at 25%. Of course the dealer prices are astronomical so my husband asked me to do some research to see what local shops in our area would offer. One of the first places I called was this place, spoke with Aaron which he informed me of two different options for battery; Interstate brand and then the Porsche OEM for a higher price. The Interstate battery would have been available at the shop but he said he needed to order the Porsche battery and it would take a day. He gave me price for both + an oil change. Getting a quote lower than the dealer got me very excited and I told him I will call him back. Up until now I was happy and was eager to take my car in. I tried calling my husband and left him a message with the findings... I waited a while and when he didn't call me back I called Aaron again to ask if I could bring the car in the same day (the dealer had told me the battery is in urgent condition and I was very worried if the car was dying on me)... with my husband away on a business trip my car was the only car in the house and I wanted to make sure I was taking care of this asap. Aaron said yes and while I was getting ready to leave my husband called and said I should have asked for the Porsche OEM battery and not Interstate, he told me to take a picture of my battery and send it to them which included the model#/specs so they could order it and take the car in the next day when the battery had arrived. So I did as I was told and this is when Aaron lost his mind: I called and another gentleman picked up the phone, he said Aaron was at lunch. So I took the time to explain my conversation with the new guy and asked him if they would like me to email them a picture of my battery so they can order it and bring my car in the next day when the battery was there. He said yes, go ahead and do that. I stayed in the phone with him to confirm receipt and then he said Aaron is back and put me on hold to continue with him. When Aaron picked up the phone he started yelling and screaming saying I was wasting his time and he doesn't have an hour to speak to me for just a battery and oil change. He was having a mental meltdown and I calmly told him he is being very aggressive and if there's anyone else I can speak with as he is very upset and not able to continue the conversation in a calm manner, then he went on a rant that he is the manager and he's the only person working there with no one else (hello? I was just talking to another normal human being other than you) and that he had already wasted SO MUCH time on me and if I don't bring the car in right now he won't work with me anymore .... As he was ranting on his temper kept escalating and last words were actually I don't even want to work with you and he hung up the phone. I never disrespected him nor raised my voice the entire time I was on the phone. I was literally in shock as I have never been disrespected and bullied as much as I was in that conversation. I am posting a screen shot of the total time he spent on the phone with me so there's no claim that he spent hour with me. DON'T GO HERE!! After this I called a few other places I leaned his prices are higher for the same exact battery/services. I went to a different shop and got the best service, price, and experience. Everything happens for a reason!

Highly Recommend!!! I have been coming here for many many years, when George worked there, and it is still a great place with great customer service. Aaron is always happy to answer any questions and offers expertise advice. The prices are reasonable and I highly recommend if you have a BMW.

I'm a relatively new customer at Euro Performance World. My first two experiences have been outstanding. I own an older 2005 BMW Zhp that needed a couple repairs and they got them done beautifully. They live and breath the E46. If you're also an E46 owner this is your shop!

George and Andrew are very knowledgeable and helpful, I am a HUGE BMW fan and really enjoy having a shop that knows these cars thoroughly. It's important to have people who are fair with pricing and do top-quality work. There are a lot of great shops in OC, but Euro Performance World is conveniently located off the 5 freeway in South OC and I like that they always have time to schedule our cars!

I am a journeyman mechanic with 30 years of experience with factory training from Porsche & Audi and experience with Ferrari, VW, Mercedes, and BMW. I have also managed shops and 2 race car teams. Unfortunately I was disabled 10 years ago and have to hire shops for work I can't do easily any longer. Prior to bringing my car to euro non-performance I went there and interviewed Aaron the shop manager. I told him I had a 500hp BMW 335i but I need the following. 1. Suspension kit installed including front sway bar and he will need to drill 2 holes for the rear shock damper adjustment. 2. Larger BOLT ON intercooler made by the #1 seller.3. Reset my ecu to stock because the 500hp flash tuning was too rich and I bought a "piggyback tuner" and the ecu must be stock to use it. 4. I asked him if he was familiar with the Burger jb4 performance tuning system and he said he was knowledgeable with the system. Aaron agreed with the install time quoted by manufacturer as to flat rate time, and because I was leaving the car with a open time for them to fix it and I was to get a discount for leaving it as a project car.I was called and told the car was done and he mentioned that there were error code and the only code that should be there are body related like air bag seat belt and tire monitor I told them that was there before. When I got the car he told me that the errors occurred after he reset my ecu and he then installed the jb4 knowing the ecu had to be stock and working to install a jb4, so that should have never been installed with a faulty ecu. Because of this I went through a full review with Burger to eliminate the jb4. I didn't know that the errors now are so severe I could barely get out of my own way it was on limp mode with less than 200hp zero boost. He wanted me to spend $500 in more diagnostics and then I reminded him that when it came in it had 500hp. I spent 20. Hours and $200 in new equipment to prove that the ecu was the problem but still no refund when I had to pay $300 to get it programmed by a ecu specialist now perfect like new without $500 in unneeded labor. The second problem was I noticed that a set of dampening adjuster and extension cables and Aaron's response was the adjustment was on the bottom, Another lie.He didn't do the work he agreed to. The only thing installed correctly was the sway bar and front shocks (still need to check before I get it to the track). The intercooler was put in and he found 2 missing hose clamps you normally give it up for $25 but he just told me about it when I got it back. Great customer service, not!I brought it back and I thought he would put my fan belt on for part of the money he owed me for the failed ecu, but he thinks this is quality service. I called the owner but Aaron answered the phone and after a long pause to lie to Mike I told him what I said above and he could care less and suggested I go to the bureau of auto repair. What proof does Mike need. He has lost at least 1 customer and it's a ghost house every time I had been there. I am at least number 2 but I warned everyone I see with a BMW or sprinter to stay away. I will go all the way with the BARCA and I will be file a small claims case after I notify the bureau of automotive repair and this will not be a good mark in there history. Right now this is the shop that gives auto repair a bad name.I will use my review as my opening letter to the auto board and Mike I even offered to help you while you get a real service manager that retains customers not one that can generate this detailed review. DO NOT GO THERE THE DEALER WILL BE A BETTER OPTIONUpdate: I read further and according to the Yelp page Bruce S. Is this owner so I will contact him before I go to court or the board unless Aaron and Mike block my attempt. Apparently both Mike & Aaron were brought in to help the owner, too bad they are destroying a shop with possibilities. Don't know if they are a couple but they obviously don't care about legitimate customer issues that they created.UPDATE

I had some really serious car damage that I wouldn't have taken for repairs to any other place than Euro Performance World. They uphold their reputation of excellence in their work, customer, service and management of a high quality business. I would never hesitate to look any other way than Euro Performance World for any repairs or replacement for my BMW. They hold their standards high. Shout out to Aaron and his team of highly trained technicians on the excellent work they provide every time I'm coming to them for routine maintenance, or repair.

These guys are great! I will no longer be taking my Jaguar to the dealership for service. Aaron and Mike were both so helpful. They fixed my battery issues and also offered information and a solution so that I would not have the same problem in the future. Thank you!

I used to take to repair my BMW x 5 for many years . I decided to write a review because one of my friends BMW broke down and I wanted her to go to the place you can trust with reasonable prices . George who worked there before I'm not sure if he still does, is trustworthy and a good person . I definitely recommend this repair place to everyone. The BMW dealerships charge you an arm and a leg for simple things to fix , take it here and you will be happy you did . If you have to leave the car there to fix, they give you ride to your home and pick u up when your car is ready . Darleen is very nice too , she is the receptionist at the front and all people who I have encountered are amazing as well .
