I've taken my cars to Elite and Laguna Niguel Auto for more than 10 years. BMW 535i, Nissan Rogue, Porsche Boxster S and Porsche 911. The absolute best service. The owner, Mike and Service Manager, Aaron, as well as the mechanics, are all first rate. Their estimates are clear, and my cars have always been ready in the given time frame. When an option for a less expensive but effective part substitution exists, they always contact me to discuss the options. In addition, I appreciate their willingness to do a quick assessment of my cars, and to advise me of future upcoming services that may be needed is great. I'd much rather get a timely preventative repair, than being stranded at an inopportune time. There is no trickery or up-sell here. They're simply the best.

We recently took our Sprinter to Elite Sprinter Repair. We were extremely pleased with Mike, who helped us initially, and with Aaron, the Service Manager. They did a good job, the work was reasonably priced, and everything was finished on time. But most importantly, Aaron explained everything to us, and we could tell that he was very knowledgeable and comprehensive. Just a few days ago, we had a totally unrelated issue. We lost all power while on a road trip far from Elite. We called Elite, and Aaron walked us through some steps that saved us sitting out in the 100 degree heat in the middle of nowhere waiting for a tow truck! This quick reset solution got us back on the road and to a garage for further diagnostics. Not his problem, but he readily helped us. We are quite grateful that he graciously helped us in the middle of his own busy day. In our book, that's above and beyond expectations. More than just good service. We will be Elite Sprinter Repair customers for life! We highly recommend Elite.

Incredibly knowledgeable and trustworthy. Accurately assessed my Sprinter and helped me to prioritize maintenance items that had been put off by the prior owner. Would recommend Elite for anyone that wants the professionals who know what they are talking about and have seen the problem before.

I have used this shop two times in the past. I called to set up a diagnostic service with Aaron and he basically said "if you don't let us do the repair where we can make some money off the job, we have no interest in having you as a customer. We have no time to diagnose a job if you take the money maker part of the job away." So much for have a return customer for many years. Your loss as a business. So I well Never go here again. Speaking like that was unacceptable. ?

If you are driving a Sprinter and you are in need of service, this is the place to go in south OC. AND you do need service. Twice as much as MB recommends. Aaron is so very knowledgeable w these vehicles. And the awesome thing is.....if he doesn't immediately know off the top of his head, he does the research for the answer. Professional, thorough, willing to educate you about the vehicle and friendly. Along with Tommy, the tech, who seems to be just as detailed, I couldn't (who could) ask for more. If your driving one of these around, you need to be diligent with the servicing to get the long mileage they are known for. Aaron, Mike, Tommy and the rest at ELITE SPRINTER are who you want wrenching on it. Thanks again guys!!

Elite caught an issue with rattling in the rear end that MB dealer and another mechanic missed. Broken exhaust brackets (Thanks MB for using cheap parts) and a coupling. Van runs great again and they were thorough/knowledgeable. Thanks guys!

Please save your wallet and do not bring your sprinter In for repair. Aaron is a top class con artist and the sprinter tech is completely clueless.I had a bill of close to 6K which I found out should’ve been less than $1000 when I took it to a certified Mercedes-Benz sprinter dealership and repair.

They know sprinters. I took my van to other shops and they said they knew sprinter vans. Not. This place saved my transmission. They know there sprinters and have all parts in stock or can get them fast. Thank you guys for being honest and reliable.Services: Transmission

Forcing a customer to file a complaint with the CA Bureau of Automotive Repair in order to get the owner Mike to address a customer concern is NOT customer service. That's what I was forced to do. Elite did not dispute that leaving a loose bolts/missing nut in the suspension they repaired was not a serious safety problem. I expected the owner to offer resolve the issue. He made no such offer. I finally had to file a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair.

I stop just asking for a quote, within minutes someone was with me looking at the damage to my car, a couple of minutes after he was fixing it, and now they are my place to go.
