Usually I go to another cvs,Today was my first and last time here.
We scheduled online an appointment for my 12 year old daughter her second hpv shot 6 months later. That was per the CDC recommendation
The lady told me that she could not give the shot because she should be 15 years old and I was too late for the second shot I should have come after 2 months.. !? all is nonsense , she even gave me a printed paper where litterly was describes hpv shot for 11/12 year olds etc etc. It was almost 8pm she gave me the feeling she just wanted to go home.time waisting and still no shot so I need to go somewhere else soon.

I use to get all my prescriptions here I will be switching pharmacies. Aside from the fact that they are never ready when they're supposed to be which I normally don't mind as I just shop around. Their hours suddenly shifted without notice and they close way too early. The store is open but they need to be more forthcoming when it comes to the pharmacy hours and closing before 6pm in a major city is awful anyways.

I got to this cvs often. The employee Jaci has outstanding customer service Atmosphere: 3 stars. A.lot of products moves so there are they are out of the few things I like and buy. Service: 5 stars. The staff is friendly and professional. I like Jaci helpfulness. Value: 4 stars. Depends on the products Some things are cheaper in warehouse stores, but you have to buy in bulk. Quality: 4 stars Some novel products for those looking for gifts or collections pieces Other things are alcohol, toothpaste, shampoos, and energy drinks,

John the store manager is straight rude. Does not know how to speak to customers. Is unwilling to help. Rude to his employees and worst of all to customers. He has a face that he does not want to be there. John - do everyone a favor and just leave if you truly don't like your job.

Awful pharmacist, Naz or something (Indian woman) Bad attitude. Giving false information because she didn't want to do a vaccine. Saying they don't carry a specific vaccine when the other pharmacist at this location and 2 pharmacists at another location said this location has the vaccine I'm looking for. If you hate your job so much or don't want to do it, get another one. Counting pills is not THAT hard! It must suck being so miserable in life.

There's nothing special about this particular CVS other than it's really huge and they have everything you could possibly need to live your life! They have alcohol and frozen food and tons of vitamins. What else could you need? I love the music playing because it's Justin Bieber!!

As you can see from many other reviews, this location is absolutely awful. I’ve sadly gone here for years due to its proximity to my home. If you can avoid this location, please do. The staff is awful, lacks empathy, has no customer service training, and is totally unpleasant to be around. If that wasn’t bad enough, I’ve had nothing but issues - prescriptions suddenly disappearing, telling me things are there over the phone, but not when I arrive, etc. My most recent debacle was not giving us a fully approved prescription because the pharmacist was at lunch, even though my wife was writhing in pain from giving birth. Just stay away at all costs, horrible experiences consistently for years is all I’ve had here.

Wow Mary from this store and well everyone here is awesome. I had issues with my photo orders due to the printer and Mary went above and beyond trying to make it right got on the phone with Kodak did so much all I have to say is she's a great asset she also milti-tasked assisted everyone on this busy day. And I just have to say Thank you Mary. I left happy got my cards. They are all great Love this store
