So we bought tires here cause they give you 5 year warranty, but there is a catch, if you don't rotate tires every 6,000 miles, the warranty doesn't cover anything. Bunch of crooks. When you buy the tires they dont mention anything about tire rotation. And is not mentioned on the page that you sign. There is a comment on the back page which says something like you have to read owners manual and rotate tired according to bla bla bla. Fyi EV cars get screwed the most.

This team here....I sent my wife over to have them install tires purchased online. Pretty simple, she arrives home that evening with 3 of them basically flat less than 15lbs in each tire. Its a wonder she didn't have a wreck. After checking them out 3 of the 4 valve stems they replaced were leaking air. We aired them up and she went back over there the next day losing another 4 hours of her time. Offered no credit for there mistake and our time lost running back and forth. The Manager told my wife he would buy her a pizza but she doesn't look like the type that eats pizza. Real class act funny guy. I am hopeful they fixed them this time and would be very cautious getting tires installed at this location

5 year warranty must be explained clearly ,I bought brand new tires last August and still had to pay for a new one today and Joey ,the manager clearly does not have a clue about costumer service or basic human decency ...This guy can't represent Costco brand ,you can do better Costco ..shame on you ..also I did not wanna donate them my tire and on top of that pay that disosal fee,they are making money off of our used tire and atill charging us a a fee for it ..very disappointet with Costco tiers ..never coming back here again .

Coming here is super aggravating. Sooo slow ? I could literally go to mechanics school learn to do everything myself, take a trip to Europe raise 7 children in the time it take to get new tires. ? Back to America's Tire.

Terrible customer service, we brought our car battery to his desk and asked him to check it. He told us to go to Walmart instead? Walmart did a great job, quick and easy, don’t understand if it’s their policy or they’re just lazy. Go to Walmart

9/26 Ordered 4 new tires, were installed 9/28 including balance warranty. 10/10 one tire is flat, one foreign is found very similar to the weight they glue to the Rim, Same day I have found 4 lose weights on my garage floor. Costco accepts to replace the tire under warranty, it takes a week (13 days to receive a new tire). Cannot use my car, Costco ask $300 to put back previous wheels with old tires in mean time + argue when I drive a sport car I can pay for, I refused so I was on foot for 2 weeks. 10/23 they replace the flat tire. Went back three days later as 3 lose weights were again missing, to be added and glued back. Bad service, rude attitude, price might be low but i t is for low value.

Costco always lies about tire warranty. I had 70k miles warranty but 30k miles 2 tires were already bad. They refused to give me warranty for replacement. I believe them but not anymore.

After waiting a while to get my call answered, she tells me that I need to stop in. She can not give me any suggestions or price on the phone because prices can change daily! So I drove to Costco and talked to her in person.She was not helpful! Then I called the Costco on Crown Valley and they were able to me all the information I needed over the phone!

I was just quoted over $1,200 for tires & tpms sensors for my 2010 Toyota Prius! Seriously? New tires for my Mercedes suv cost less! What the actual fuck?
