It’s easy - you can order online and make appointment for free instore installation.
But, the installation is very slow even though you made appointment and show up on time. Be prepared to wait more than 2.5 hours. I guess it just because they’re trying to be overbooked or they’re understaffed. Please make a better estimation and rearrange the reservation time slots.

I've been a Costco member for right under a year and I was recommended by many people to use Costco in general for new tires. So, I figured out the process and purchased new Michelin tires online to be delivered to this location for installation. The tires happened to be in stock, so I got a notification to set up my appointment. I selected 12:30pm on 10/26/2024. We arrived and checked the vehicle in at 12:17pm and was told that it was busy and may take 1.5 hours to get this done. At 2pm, I checked on my car, which I placed the number on myself and it was still sitting in the tire center space with number 14 on it with my old tires. It had been almost 2 hours now and nothing had been done. At about 2:05pm, I see a tire center person walk up and pull my car in finally. I thought, okay, maybe it will take an hour now?? So, I went back in Costco AGAIN. I returned at 3:15pm and waited in line at the tire center and got Hector - I let him know it's been 3 hours now and I still haven't gotten a text that it was done. He stated that my car was the next to be released. I walked back to the actual garage and all four bays were filled, yet as I waited, three cars were completed before mine when I finally got a text at 3:32pm. So, 3 hours and 15 minutes it took to change 4 tires on a $900 purchase. In all of my years of tire buying, I've NEVER spent more than an hour ESPECIALLY with an appointment! Last time I do any business with Costco tire - and I see from the reviews, I'm not the only person they've pissed off. Sad.

At Cabot’s Costco, they ripped away the leather that was on the console. When I showed it to them, they would not take responsibility for it. They knew it wasn’t that way when they got my Lexus 350. I had to use my insurance to get it repaired. Lesson: take a picture of your interior before releasing the car to them.

45 minutes late with appointment and scratched my rims too, very angry tire manager. I will not be using tire services again here.

I made an appointment for Thursday and was told the job would be done in one hour, but it still took them two hours to finish. Unbelievable! ?♂️

Super unhappy with my visit to Costco tire. They gave me a new tire with a stem leak. I drove home without proper air pressure and clearly damaged the tire sidewall. They later refused to give me a new tire and instead just fixed the stem grommet, put air in it and claimed that the tire was fine. Now I have to send my sons on a long roadtrip with a sketchy tire. I will never use Costco tire ever again.

Alwyn and the head of the department were fantastic, especially considering it was December 24 and they were slammed. They exchanged my tires which were still under warranty and installed them. All the while they were pleasant and upbeat. It was great service from friendly people. Good job

Had a flat on my AWD Highlander. Had spare put on and went to Costco Tire. The sales person (who had a negative attitude) told me I needed a new matching tire so they ordered it and told me I would get a call the next day when it was in. then- no call. 3 days later I went to Costco to get it fixed. Miraculously the tire had just arrived! I was told it would be 2.5-3.5 hours until done so I was stuck there. Then a supervisor came out and said I needed to replace all 4 tires since its AWD. Had I know that I would have picked a different tire for all 4- more of an all weather set. so, after trying for 3 days to get this tire situation fixed and waiting there all afternoon I was not going to wait even longer for more tires to be put on. I will be going to another tire specialist to have the situation properly accessed Don't waste you time with Costco tires- not worth the hassle and putting up with BS poor service.

Costco tire has a 'hard' policy where only the Costco member who purchased the tires can bring the vehicle in for any warranty related service (free flat repair, tire balance, rotation, warranty replacement). I scheduled an appointment for my father-in-laws vehicle to get a tire rotation. I am also a Costco member, I brought it in and was told I could either pay for the service or he would have to bring it in himself. This was very disappointing and doesn't really make sense. I brought the 4 new tire receipt with me, this was a total waste of time for a Costco member. This policy should change it's too inconvenient.

It was easy to purchase my tires online and make an appointment to get them installed quite quickly. The staff was very friendly, and the online purchase allowed me to get tires that they didn't have in stock delivered directly to the store. They practice covid safety measures, and kept my car clean on the inside. All in all, I was very happy with the service. They also have a tire inflation center in the parking lot, that does nitrogen inflation.Edit: losing a star. I made an appointment for tire rotation. I arrived almost 20 minutes early, but waited in line for almost 30 minutes. Almost 45 minutes past my appointment time and my car still hasn't been touched.

The only one who doesn’t make mistakes is the one who doesn’t work so did Costco tire center order a wrong tire for me. I’m giving them 5 star because of manager’s professionalism and attitude on resolving the problem. He took full responsibility and him and his team tried their best to resolve the problem. I will come back to this tire center next time.
