We live nearby and I’ve opened up a banking relationship here. No complaints at all and it’s been a long time since most of these other reviews. The staff are polite and helpful and it’s a very clean and professionally kept business. I also love Citibank because it’s global and has no ATM fees abroad.

Lori the Branch Manager is an absolute dream. She always greets me (and my service dog Taj) with a warm welcome and a snack, which she keeps handy at her desk.
