The people in this branch are nice and patient. If you are old or new to banking system, this is a perfect place as they will take the time to explain it to you as long as you need. But if you know what you are trying to do (such deposit check to IRA), it will take A LONG TIME 30 minutes+ since only the banker could do that. I gave up and went to another branch in Ladera which took me like 10 minutes from entering to completion.

This bank has very lazy workers. You're telling me you're gonna close 30 minutes early when you have 3 people at the door waiting to come in? One can understand closing 5 or even 10 minutes early but this is just ridiculous. Not to mention it is an insult to workers who, regardless of exhaustion, have to work back to back hours. I really hope you guys either step your game up or step out.

Lena is very helpful and friendly. She went all the way to help me. She is so patient and willing to listen to her customer. One of the best customer service i had received after banking with Chase for more than 10 years. Really appreciate her help and services.Other stuff are friendly and made me feel welcome.

I recently mailed a check as a membership donation to a PBS television station. Being aware of "check washing," I mailed the check inside the Laguna Niguel post office. Unfortunately, someone intercepted the check, scrubbed it and changed the name of the recipient from "PBS SoCal" to "Mirza G......; the payable amount was changed from $60 to $1000. I called Chase as soon as this fraudulent check appeared in my account (online) to alert Chase. Apparently, Mirza was presented the check at a branch and, with the help of a not-so-alert teller, was able to walk out of the branch with $1000 cash from my account. Over the next 2 weeks, I talked to numerous people at Chase. All agreed that I was a victim of fraud. When I repeatedly asked when I would be reimbursed for my loss, which was aided by Chase, I was repeatedly told that before Chase would reimburse me, they needed to complete their "investigation," which could take as long as 30 days. As I had numerous medical bills I needed to pay, my need for the money was urgent, and I stated there was no reason to make the reimbursement of my money contingent upon Chase completing their investigation. Out of frustration and disgust with Chase, I filed an online complaint with the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau. The next business day, I received a phone call from a woman at Chase. She acknowledged receipt of my complaint, but could not tell me when Chase would put the $1000 back into my account. The next day, I FINALLY saw that Chase had put the $1000 back into my account. I have not heard a word on the status or outcome of the lame "investigation." I have since talked with two friends who experienced the same check washing scam. Their banks put the funds back into their accounts within two business days of their reporting of the crime. It is noteworthy that both of their banks were CREDIT UNTIONS! Kudos to the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau! Their website is user-friendly and they get awesome results!

I own a business in the area and always do my transactions in this bank. I never go somewhere else. I would like to recommend this location to everyone. Francesca and Jessica are always there to greet every customer with a wonderful smile. They make banking fast and efficient. That's what I call exceptional customer service!

Wow!!' Here at chase unfortunately getting the run around for 2 small checks totaling 1,050.00. Was not greeted by Francesca. I proceeded to explain I was here to cash checks and she replied. If you don't have an account with us it's 10.00 per check. I smiled and replied no problem. I was waiting for about 10 minutes and still no cashing of the check. I asked her what the managers name is as She mentioned a different name and then called a Jessica Martinez. I wanted to speak to manager. Jessica came out to ask me what I was there for. I explained and in the process let her know how rude this teller Francesca is. No communication at all. Instead of Jessica addressing the customer service concerns they giggled over it?? This is why I would recommend no one does business with Chase. There tellers well in this case Francesca is not a good representation for chase bank. FYI I was also there to open a business account but changed my mind after this experience.

Not good .unprofessionalbeware of mgr Jessica. She takes documents to send to corporate or for her own use of which I'm not sure. I do not trust her. Beware this branch . They don't follow thru on promises. I'm leaving chase forever. Found a better bank. Unfortunately they are all sales people trying make quotas.

Most Chase banks hire people that are not customer service oriented. The branch on Crown Valley parkway, Laguna Niguel needs improvement with C/S. The branch on Greenfield, Laguna Niguel, Fabien, not C/S oriented. El Toro Rd Chase, The manager there in Laguna hills was rude to me, however that was some time ago. She told me I was lucky to use her desk to call Chase, by phone. Corporate HQ has issues, with hanging up on people. Most issues with Chase don't get resolved because a person has to call, chase by phone, or email them. Problems like mortgage, has to be done by phone. Chase, allowed a company to remove my money $ because Medlife Pension Company, told Chase Bank, I was deceased. *If you have an account with Chase and you have a mortgage, there then Chase will take money out of your account without your permission, happened to me 2012! Other issues with Chase we had history together. Overall would not continue to make Chase my bank.
