The bank advertises, a certain, high percentage CD rate. But when you get there to deposit your money, you have to sign up for all kinds of additional services. So there is a disconnect between what they advertise and what they sell you. This bank appears to be overstaffed and does not help the customer very much.

If you want to wait for 1 hour and 20 minutes to get service, then this is the bank for you! If you want to be treated like a piece of dirt, then this is the bank for you. I believe that you will find that the "banker" here is arrogant and discourteous and that you should avoid this branch at all costs. I went into the bank at 3:00 to get money wired. I was told by the "attendant" that there was only 1 banker so I would need to wait or make an appointment. I decided to wait- and wait and wait. Other customers came in and were confused about the situation. The "attendant" left the area for ten or fifteen minutes at a time and was nowhere to be seen. I told the lost customers that I had been waiting for a while and that there was only 1 banker. Some left and some starting calling out, "Hello? Is anyone working here?". The banker came out of his office and seemed angry. He had been with two women, talking, and laughing, for over an hour. I finally had enough and asked how much longer. He answered that the manager had scheduled the hours this way and he had to serve his appointments first. I asked "An appointment for over 1 hour? when you know other customers are waiting? " Then I stood up to leave and the banker told me that there were lots of branches in the area. I asked why he hadn't suggested that when I had first got there a hour and 20 minutes before? I told him I WILL go to another branch and then, to another bank. I am withdrawing my $800k from Chase immediately.

Olivia the branch manager interrupted me on multiple occasions in person and blatantly told me she would continue to. She initially stated that based on my long history with the bank she could advocate for me on my behalf to help keep my account open. She then backtracked and used to semantics to reneg. I filed a BBB complaint to formally seek this resolution.

On august 8th and 12th I spent over five hours each day getting hung up on, argued with and sent to the wrong department. On August 25th after waiting 15 minutes to speak to the assistant branch manager Isabel in the lake forest location on El Toro and the five freeway was harassed and told not only she was not willing to help me but Ivan would not either (after asking multiple to do so) and proceeded to invade my personal space. I asked him multiple times to back off and am formally seeking civil action based on this experience. He only backed off after threatening to call the police when up to that point I had just been patiently waiting continue to inform those that asked me if they could help me that I would gladly wait for the assistant manager Isabell. She is now the lead at the branch due to the manager leaving. The police have documented thier complaint which essentially centered around being in fear of my ADA approved psychiatric service animal. The dog stays in a no pet apartment, goes on the bus, trains, and planes and hotels not as pet but a service animal. I levied 4 branch level complaints which got escalated to a department which never takes inbound calls (all of which were closed as a result.)

I have been a Chase customer for 25 years. Chase had my email address and phone number, but failed to notify me that one of my lesser-used cards had a $32.96 unpaid balance. That card had a $20,000.00 limit. Because Chase did not update my mailing address when I moved, and chose not to call, text, or email me despite having all three methods to reach me, I lost 140 points on my credit score, Chase took all of my Sky Miles, and canceled my credit card, which I'd never been late on in 15 years. I'd have expected more after 25 years as a customer. Choosing to ruin my credit and multiple-decade banking relationship over a $32.96 balance on a $20,000.00 credit line without so much as an email or telephone call? Chase's "Credit Bureau Liaison" confirmed that "it's not Chase's policy to email, text, or call if a payment is late." Wow. Words cannot express how negatively I now feel about Chase. I won't be shy about sharing my experience with everyone I know, so they can avoid vesting decades of good faith doing business with a company that would handle a situation like this so poorly.

Worst customer service I've had at any chase bank! Very dissatisfied with my experience. I felt like I was inconveniencing the woman behind the counter by asking her questions. Never going here again I have way too much money in this bank to be treated like an inconvenience.

Very modern branch, Its a new built so it looks fantastic. This branch is typically not too busy, however sometimes there is a wait. If you need to open a business account make sure you call to schedule an appointment since it takes a long time to open and sometimes they can not accommodate walk-ins

I tried to deposit a check to my son's account, they refused to do it, because I don't have an account with Chase.

I have been a great customer for about 7 years. I have deposited over 300k with no return. The first time I run into trouble because of a 75% drop in income, there has been no assistance. They would not even cash a chase check because I was overdrawn. They wouldn't even cash it as a non chase customer because they said the system was blocking it. Completely untrue and unethical. I let them know I have been in the hospital and missed a whole month of work. Even offered to show medical records. No assistance! I am in risk of losing my home. They don't care at all in any way. When I asked to close my account they even told me I would have to make an appointment to do so! It's ridiculous after being a great money earning customer for 7 years+. I am lost for words.

I would say this is the worst chase bank I ever went. Banker service was so poor and never back again.

Went today to attempt to open a sapphire checking account. Yes, I got there at 5:40 and realized they closed at 6. I told the customer service representative I wanted to open an account and he said "no after 5 we don't open accounts, would you like to make an appointment.?" NO I don't want to make an appointment. Coming from working at a bank, I would think they would help all the customers INSIDE the branch that were there before 6pm, when they close. Only two other customers besides me when he turned away. This is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not come to Chase to open an account, CITIBANK and Wells Fargo are also right here.

Nima did not ask me if I wanted to deposit my check into my account instead he just did it when I clearly stated I wanted to cash my check. He went about his own ways and could care less about how I wanted my money. Wasn't polite and figured his method would be better. I like my old branch better. Completely rude here!

Brian at Chase in Laguna Niguel of Camino and Golden Lantern solved a major huge mega super annoying problem that I had with my car and dealership. So so glad I was able to speak with him and get it all rectified. Very thoughtful and considerate. Thanks Brian!
