Horrible personnel, very manipulative and inadequate. The rates are high! This is not a good company for a consumer.

Very good customer service. Jeff was who I saw. Vast knowledge in the field of insurance and risk management. I have done business with a couple of companies over the years, but Brakke Schafnitz Insurance Brokers is the best without a doubt.
