Manager is rude and unfriendly. I was depositing EDD checks and he asked "why didn't they just give you the card?".As if he is being inconvenienced for having to deposit my multiple checks. Why are you asking me that? Completely unnecessary and I feel like he was kind of hating on the fact that I was depositing those many checks.

Bank of America customers, watch you funds carefully, transparency and ethic is truly what you will not get from this financial institution.Apparently this bank stands behind the veterans, active military , seniors and its customers as a whole but my family's experience is far from this .Funds from my fathers hard earned salary bought cashiers checks made out to him. He did not use them for their intended purposes and when attempted to place the checks/funds back into his account we were told cannot happen.We were told after 2 years of getting the run around that the funds were sent to the state 14 years ago, BUT with no owner name on his property/funds. This equates to 14 years of my father not having access to his funds.He still does not, B of A staff and escalation department pushing back, throwing their hands up stating my family only gets 10 days to work with them, after that we are on are own.This is after B of A gave us the info that they erroneously sent my retired 30 year veteran father's funds to the state with no name, no way to access, no correspondence, no apology and absolutely no return of his funds.This does not sit well with our family, we are taking this further immediately and as the public is made aware of the un ethical banking methods Bank of America has choses to stand behind, we hope if anyone experienced the same that they as well, stand up for what is right and fight for what belongs to them.My father fought for this country in 3 wars, CSM was his ranking when he retired. His funds from Veterans Affairs , gone. B of A seems to think they are not going to be held liable but our case cannot be ignored any longer. All we are asking is for his funds back. His funds that were made un available for 14 years due to negligence on behalf of B of A.

Love this location as it is open late on Saturdays. It’s open til 4 pm. This is perfect as I work during the week and most BOA branches close by 4-5 pm on weekdays before I can leave work. And many locations are not open on weekends.

This location has horrid staff. Helping the clients appears to be a chore & they all speak Farsi when not directly speaking to the customer. Even when working with me.... It just seems so rude.

I contacted this bank with the request to apply for a secured credit card. This endeavor cost me 3 visits to this location - all for nothing. Although I am from Europe, I live here as a normal citizen with a legal visa and work permit, and I submitted all the necessary documents to prove that. All other banks accepted me without any problems. Bank of America asked me 3 times to visit their location in order to 'verify my identity'. This took several hours of my time, the last time I had to wait in the lobby for over an hour. Later the manager called me and informed me that my credit card was now approved and it would be sent to me. A week later, to my surprise, I received another letter saying that I did not get approved again. What a sad undertaking, very disappointing how unprofessional and embarrassing this process was for me as a hard working citizen. Bank of America will never get to see my money, that's for sure.

Bad management. Always lines and it looks that cashiers are really overloaded. Three managers on one cashier... and they are just walking around or seating in front of computers without helping customers.... it looks really weird.

I'm trying to schedule an appointment from Arizona for my elderly mother who lives in Laguna Niguel but can't get a representative to answer the phone. I can't make the appointment on line because I don't have her banking information and she can't speak to give me the information- I just need to be sure we can get help when we get into town as we have limited time in which to conduct business before she is admitted into a nursing home. I have never had a positive banking experience with BofA ever so not surprised we are experiencing this level of customer service- I would never bank here personally! I hate that I have to even give one star!
