This shop is ok, except if you are seeking their assistance with diesel engine repair. Unfortunately this shop does not have a diesel expert. Turns out that most Sprinters are diesel powered. When I visited, I checked the shop, it was full of regular cars. I would give it 5 stars, for its level of okayness.

My SUV broke down on our way to Baja and Jacky was super helpful from start to finish. Definitely highly recommend this shop for any auto repairs. Didn't get to meet the mechanic, but thank you very much for fixing the issue

I own a Sprinter Van and caring for the van is costly and the Dealership charges an arm and a leg. I have been taking my Sprinter Van to this shop for the past 5 years and have referred several of my friends who own sprinters. They work on sprinters, they know sprinters and they are not over priced by any means. Always on time and provide updates and great service. I have also had them work on my truck as they understand diesel engines as well. Very good find and I was referred to them!.

In the same manner that very few patients enjoy visiting the doctor's office, a driver's worst fear is a trip to the automotive mechanic. Indeed, the diagnosis is not always good. Master mechanics Tom and Tommy will provide cordial, specialized service in a very firm YET reassuring demeanor. All makes and models served here, no matter their propulsion (gas, diesel, hybrid and/or electric). Many exotic vehicles can be seen here; a testament to their infamous craft. Convenient location, only minutes off of the Interstate 5. Prices are more than fair, even aggressive, considering their expertise and also compared to similar workshops in the area.

Tom is one of those hard to find honest mechanics that treats everyone like family. His prices are extremely fair and he will have you in and out and back on the road quickly. I have an 05 sprinter and am regularly dealing w/new issues these days. I’ve tried other shops in the area and travel all over the country...this one is BY FAR my favorite. If a problem isn’t urgent, I will always plan my return to see these honest, accommodating, skilled sprinter superheroes. If only I could take them on the road w/me! Thanks Tom, Jackie, and the rest of the crew...y’all rock!!!

I had a great experience with Tom and the guys here at Auto & Sprinter Repair. I brought my vehicle to three different places for estimates on getting my suspension replaced, water pump changed out and a number of other standard maintenance repairs. It was a big job and I wanted it done right. Tom took the time to personally walk me through each repair and each set of options in regards to parts and components. I went with Auto Sprinter Repair not only because they offered the fairest price but I also felt I could trust their work and integrity much more than the other shops I checked with in the area. The other Auto Sprinter places seemed a bit shady. They completed my big job in a very timely manner and Jackie in the front office stayed in close communication with me as soon as everything was complete. The waiting room in the front office is clean and comfortable. Its air conditioned, has a big TV, Wi-Fi and a computer with Internet access if you need to hang out for a bit. These guys are great, they get the job done right... fast... and affordably!!! Thanks Tom! I will be back for sure!

Currently my Toyota Land Cruiser is in for both wheel bearings on my front axle. very quick to get parts and not too expensive of a shop. thank you for staying open through hard times. definitely recommend this place. speak to Jacky or Tom the business owner. they are very respectful and helpful people.

I’m so glad I found this shop. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I took my 2008 Dodge Sprinter 2500 in with a list of problems to address. Tom knew exactly what to do. He also showed me some other things that weren’t quite right, but there was no pressure to have them repaired. I was given an itemized list with prices (parts and labor) for each item, so I could decide whether or not to fix them. They also gave me a military discount! If you’re in OC, CA, I highly recommend this shop.
