Do NOT waste your time with this company. Unfortunately we were assigned to A plus by our home warranty company. Susan, the woman who answers the phone is the absolute worst. She is RUDE, argumentative, and has a total "I don't care attitude!" We needed a plumber because our garbage disposal stopped working. He came out and was not able to fix it. This wouldn't have been a problem, but he didn't send the report to the home warranty company informing them of what he found until I had to contact A plus (Susan) twice to ask for it. Susan gave me attitude and told me that her technician DID send the report, which was not true. Unfortunately while the plumber was here, he did something that caused our dishwasher to go into error mode and stopped working. Of course A plus is not taking responsibility for this, so I will need to pay another vendor to come out to fix it. I'm wondering why Fidelity Home Warranty is using A plus as a vendor when they have a terrible review rating and horrible customer service?!? There are plenty of other local repubutal plumbing companies...do yourself a favor and pick one of them instead!

STAY AWAY - warranty company sent THIS AWFUL INCOMPETENT PLUMBER - They were unable to fix toilet problem - also said they were also ordering a part for a leaky shower and would get in a week - never ordered and when i called said just get another company - we can't get . Never even a phone call telling me it wasn't ordered. susan for customer tried to help but just said - i agree with you but nothing I can do!! Also tried to charge me additional 350.00. Got handyman in and he fixed in 1 minute for 50.00Services: Pool plumbing repair

Customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!! I just called for our home warranty and have NEVER been soooooo upset about a RUDE phone call. Absolutely insane how customer service can really turn you off to a company.

After our home warranty assigned plumber bailed on the job, Ralph was called in to a very panicky homeowner (me) trying to figure out why a leak existed and where it came from. Ralph walked me through the entire process. I was guided on who would remove the walls to access the pipes, who would be responsible for which portion of this fix, and I was educated on piping within a home which is a bonus. Ralph had very realistic solutions and recommendations for our slab leak, and never pressured us to make a decision to go which ever route. His prices are competitive, and his work was well explained and the area was clean even afterwards. I cannot recommend Ralph and his team enough for the quick, efficient, and great work that they did!
