“I called Walters in Santa Ana, California looking for a specific lighting fixture for my office. It was an LED recessed light that burned out (actually, two of them burned out), that were installed in 2017. The easiest fix was to replace them with the same fixture. I did some initial searches for the light fixture, and couldn't find the model. So I called Walters Wholesale Electric and a gentleman named Don B. answered the phone. Not only was he courteous and helpful, he was EXCEPTIONAL in his customer service. I gave him the serial number for the light fixture, and emailed him photos of the light and fixture. Within 5 minutes he called me back to let me know they didn't carry that light. But...he searched it on the internet and found Lowes had them - in stock at the location near me. Who does that? He went the extra mile to find a solution to my problemIt was a discontinued item, but Lowes indeed had some stock left, and I was able to complete my project.Thank you Don. I will certainly return to Walters for my next lighting project.”

“I went here for the 1st time today to get some odd sizes boxes I needed for some gifts. They are the nicest people and they went out of their way to take care of me. Pricing on boxes is excellent and they now have a new customer. Thanks for a great experience.”

“This review is for their new food court item - Chocolate Chip Cookie ($2.49). I received the cookie warm, but I didn't get around to eating it until several hours later so I reheated it in the oven at home. They use semi-sweet chocolate so it wasn't too sweet. The cookie has a semi-chewy texture so don't expect it to be ooey gooey in the center. I prefer cookies that are crispy on the outside with a gooey center, but this is still a good cookie nonetheless. At $2.49, I think it's a good price considering the cookie is large enough to be shared. The cookie roughly measures out to five inches wide with the hefty center. It wasn't super oily. I never cared much for the churros at Costco so I think this chocolate chip cookie is a great new addition to the Costco food court menu.”

“I've so far been to this shop twice. Both times have been good shopping experiences. I will admit the first time I had a clerk that was more helpful, but i was also the only one in the store at that time. They have an impressive array of bongs. There prices are average. Clean store and not in a sketchy neighborhood.”

“Clubbing on a Friday night has new meaning when you get older. This is my Friday night go to place. With the expanded gas station there is never a wait and it is very easy to drive into the first or second spot even if there are cars already at the other two spots. There is ample parking that gives you the option of waiting for a spot close or just parking a few sections back with no delays and enjoying the little exercise of a walk to the entrance (I prefer the latter). The food court is outside and have only used it twice since its conversion to kiosk prepayment, but was able to adapt quickly and the service is still great. At least it prohibits the old problem of people adding family members to their order while we are all waiting in line to be helped. Inside the warehouse, the shopping flow is top notch. Easy to cover the store in one circuit and aisles are wide enough to allow two way traffic. The employees are very helpful and friendly. They have always gone above and beyond when I am looking for an item that either has been moved or is currently out of stock. They have even advised when a shipment is due in or if it has been discontinued. At check out, they always appreciate a seasoned Costco member when you label up your items and/or have an item count to verify with them. Of all the Costco locations I have been to, this is my favorite. I always feel valued as a member and treated like a friend.”

“Once I moved into our new home, we were more than ready to finally start our membership. We went around the holidays and they were doing a special promotion to get $30 toward your first purchase when you sign up with their basic membership. Fiancé was most excited to finally have access to the Costco food courts, especially their hotdogs, but he's quite sad about the lack of chopped onions. I always get a slice of pepperoni pizza and sometimes we'll split a strawberry sundae right before we shop. For general home needs, the anti-fatigue cushioned kitchen mats has been a game changer. I typically spend a few hours meal prepping on Sundays for the week, but the mats are very thick with a nice cloudy bounce to them. For prepared foods, we love the scalloped potatoes, Santa Maria marinated tri tip, bare chicken and garlic bread. I'm sure I'll have more as we make more trips, but please share your faves! For other things I'm grateful for that have been repeat purchases are the sliced beef trays, pasture raised eggs, Fuji/Gala apple boxes, head on shrimps, and romaine hearts. I'm still figuring what's best to purchase at Costco, but I feel you'll get your money's worth on the non-perishable goods. It's just our family of 2 so these bulk items will last us quite a while. Overall, I'm so excited to explore more of Costco.”

“The Costco on Cabot Rd in Laguna Niguel is a serviceable megastore with ample sample stands and customer service that is both effective at signing up and processing customers. The one thing I think they could do a better job of is placement of certain related items next to each other. for example there are certain types of chocolate milk up front and other types of chocolate milk in the back of the store. The $1.50 hot dog soda combo is still alive and well and was grateful to have one my last time there and it was as good as the one that I grew up on. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for more affordable bulk items and a relatively unproblematic parking situation.”

“Friendly staff, great price. Car wasn't totally clean, they sent me back to go through again no charge. Pretty easy directions, car in neutral, no brakes, no steering, they guide you in. It's my favorite car wash, I used to pay $11 for a crappy job. I am a Costco employee. They tend to be open when other washes are closed. Threat of rain does not close the wash.”

“I love this Costco but the customers are rude. These two people took cuts in front of me and another customer in the returns line. Way to teach your son values and manners, lady. They're returning a cart full of clothes which they probably wore. Costco should ban these people for life.”

“food court is the best. my favorite is the hotdogs, my boyfriend usually gets the pizza and we just come here for lunch and a Costco date. The only downside is, when you come in for food- you cant sit down you have to walk all the way back outside and eat and then come back in for shopping. I guess you could do the other way around but i feel like it would be more convenient to have an eating area like other Costco's do. other than that i LOVE Costco its my favorite place to be.”

“Stocked up Costco. Came for the basic paper necessities and they had loads of paper towels and toilet paper. It wasn't too busy so there was plenty of parking in the lot. They have samples so it was nice trying some things while walking around.”
