Horrible, downright nasty, rude service from the manager. The short, round one with the Dora hair style. 7pm Sunday night, came in for some groceries and checked out fine with a checker. Although they were out of a lot of things on the shelf. Home calls me for a few more items. I return and notice there are now NO checkers. Find someone rearranging gum on the isle near the registers. I try to get her attention but she ignores me. I finally have to get in her face to get her to answer me. She informs me that everyone "called in sick" so there are no checkers and only self check out is open. Okay, so why send the one that was just here 5 min ago home? Fine, I check myself out only to see that the manager is now waiting on customers only 4 min later. I ask her why she wouldn't help me before and she gives me some BS about being on her break. When I mention that she was stocking things, she snaps that it's "none of My business and she doesn't have to tell me anything... WTF? Meanwhile one of the regular checkers is picking through the produce and another putting bakery items into bulk boxes. The managers disrespectful attitude was completely unacceptable. A definite lack of customer service at this location. How is she allowed to be in charge of a Ralphs store?

I was treated so poorly by management I've done something I've never done and left a complaint with corporate. I was attempting to load a Netspend card and the cashier did not know how to do it. No big deal, she called a manager. I told her the issue may have been the cash amount, so we could try a smaller amount. When it went through, she said, "I'm not doing it twice." I asked her why they would document themselves as a reload location if they were unwilling to provide the service. She simply told me, "that's your problem, not mine, I can refuse service to anyone." and told me to leave. Unnecessarily rude and disrespectful and I drove across town to another location that was happy to oblige multiple transactions. Why you would hire someone so vitriolic in a management position is astounding to me.

Disappointing first and last visit to this Ralph's location.Woman at the deli counter was extremely accommodating and friendly!Selection was good, pretty standard grocery store, so no complaints there. However, after my fiancée and I helped our cashier bag up $200 + worth of groceries, we checked our receipt and saw : 'POTENTIAL SAVINGS: $32.52.'Normally, before receiving payment, a cashier will ask for a store card, phone number, or even if the patron would like to use the store courtesy card. Sadly, that was not the case yesterday. We returned to our cashier, Ben, and asked if we could be refunded the difference. To his chagrin, he obliged and asked his I'm assuming manager for an override. He made us sign what looked like a log sheet for customers who have been charged too much, and refunded the savings difference into our card. We thanked him and headed towards the door, but under his breath we hear him say 'that's the discount you would have gotten if YOU DIDN'T FORGET TO SCAN YOUR CARD.'Totally unnecessary comment for an error that was on his behalf - do better, Ben. For your other customer's sake, because we won't be back to this Ralph's-ever. We'll stick to the Crown Valley location.

e of the nicer Ralph's I've been to. Super clean flowery store with good clean aisles and plenty of fresh produce as well as organic vegetables to choose from. They had lots of sales and deals on this grocery trip for if you bought 5 of any one item. Chicken breasts were $4 per pound vs a pavilions right now is charging almost double. Only thing that knocked it down a star is the longer lines at checkout if you don't do self checkout. But friendly cashiers!

I just find them to be too expensive and they don't have a large product selection. At these prices I rather shop at gelsons, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's

This store is not small yet at 10:00 only one checkstand? There are 6 people in-front of me and were all old or not smart enough to-scan themselves. I have alcohol and cant self checkout. Come on.

I love my neighborhood Ralphs Supermarket BUT I have one complaint. I am a senior citizen and whenever I visit the store usually extremely early in the morning I have to check myself out!! This is extremely upsetting to me, because I am retired and don't work for Ralphs. I feel that the store should have at least one register open to accommodate those who do not want to check themselves out. I spoke with the store manager and she said she is only following directions from the corporate headquarters in which they can not open a register until after 7:00, even though I was thereafter 7:00 a.m. If your store is open please have a register open! Thank you

I have shopped in several Ralph's for the past seven years. I was extremely disappointed in how I was treated when I last purchased shrimp. I bought a pound of shrimp and when I went to place it in a bowl, it was soaked with water. I bought it on sale for 8.99# and much of the weight was from ice. I went to the manager when I returned to Ralph's a week later and informed him what happened. He asked me if I had the shrimp with me and I questioned him if he would keep raw shrimp a week. He had no reply. He looked at me and said he was sorry and that he would talk to the worker. I could not understand how that would help me. I returned to Ralph's two days later and spoke to the person behind the counter. He told me verbatim what the manager said, "I am sorry that it happened". I told this employee that I purchased shrimp 1-2# every week in just that month alone but I will never purchase it again at this store.

I went through the checkout line today buying a few alcoholic items for the weekend. I'm 25 and admit I do look younger. However, Adriana rang me up and was beyond rude. She indirectly accused me of stealing , and my husband works in Loss Prevention so I know the severity of making remarks like she did. She asked for my ID by yelling at me from the other side of my cart while I was loading items. She was rude and sarcastic and said "I need your ID". I do not mind giving my ID per state and federal law but to ask for it so rude before I was even able to finish unloading the 3 things I had left and yelling at me was unnecessary. I then had to push the cart up a bit so I could squeeze out past it to get up to her to hand her my ID. Before I could even get past it she says "is there still items in the cart" in a rude, accusation. I said yes, because she didn't give me time to unload them before she yelled at me sarcastically to give my ID. Her whole tone was rude and sarcastic. Adriana was not only rude to me but also to my younger sister who was trying to help put items up on the register for her to scan. She rolled her eyes at us because we were young maybe? I'm not sure but I'm beyond upset with the level of customer service she exhibited. My brother worked at this location for 5 years and I had never had any issue with anyone who worked there.

They've stepped up their game lately, which is great. Sadly, Carla has retired. Ridiculously some of the people here continue to Don face-rags.

BEWARE THEIR ROTTEN, MARKED DOWN ITEMS!! I didn't catch the markdown sticker on this juice until a couple of hours later when I came down with the WORST case of food poisoning! Literally bed-ridden for almost 3 days after drinking this thing!!
