Every time I have need help with doubs and settings they all been work efficiently and kindly, the manager is super accessible, you can tell they busy, but still manage to get great customer service at all times.

This is a complete garbage location that needs to be closed. Always 1-2 tellers. Then when those tellers have to adhere to a customer’s lengthy transaction or show them to their safe deposit box, you’re going to stand in line until their available. I waited 24 minutes in line. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere. No longer using Wells Fargo. I’ve opened a new bank with Chase after this experience, and it’s 100 times better.

Very slow even with manager! They work like dont care!! no rush!! Wellsfargo was not like this before.. they had great service but not anymore?!?!

Never enough tellers, every time I stop in here there are lines of 3-6 people and one teller. Takes an extreme amount of time to get the simplest tasks done.

This bank is lucky to have 2 tellers. This is rare, usually there is only 1 teller working. Always seems to have at least 6 people waiting in line. Poorly run bank. Choose another establishment for your money.

This bank has the worst customer service out of any service, institution, company, or industry... ever. Followed very closely by Cox. The managers, in almost every branch I've been to lies to your face. Just straight up lies. A while back I had an issue where their customer service dropped the ball in sending me replacement debit cards. I was going out of town and they assured me it would be mailed on time. But it was not. That wasn't the problem... I went to a local branch because I knew they issued temporary debit cards. But I got off work late and got there near closing time. The manager told me they didn't issue temp cards there an to go to THIS branch... so I did. Upon arriving the manager here told me they didn't do that either... and I realized that the previous manager just wanted me to leave so they can close the bank. Obviously I was angry. It gets worse... the manager at THIS branch doesn't know what the previous manager did, he thought I just came here on my own. And guess what HE did. Yup... he told me to go to the other branch because "They can do it there." It's almost like their reputation is SO shot they don't even care to preserve it anymore. I switched banks less than a week later.

I came in today to have a document notarized, Lucinda M., helped and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a couple of bad experiences with Wells Fargo, but she really changed me mind about the bank. Great job Lucinda. I am a small business owner and love employees who know their job well and are welling to help customers, good customer service goes a long way. Thank you Lucinda.

If you are considering establishing a banking relationship, I highly recommend setting and appointment with Josiah. He greeted us with a smile and he took the time to ask us our needs for the account. This made the process smooth. Excellent customer service skills. Thank you Josiah for assisting us.

On August 16th I went to Branch to ask about Personal loan letter which I have received , Manager was very helpful and responsive , he had done some Identification update in my profile which I never saw on screen what was that. On August 17th when I went to bank to do the rest of process the APR they offer was very high %14.47 so I said I don't want to apply for this loan. But unfortunately I was told eh at the end of my name dose not fit at their record so again they have done a lot of maintenance, and edit on my customer profile on their side and when I asked for seeing it on screen for confirm or a copy of that he refused ,Instead he submitted a concern to line of business executive of wells fargo which i never requested him to do that.Thanks for your service but I still not sure what was in my customer profile and what has been changed whether my full name and other information are correct on their end.

This branch is just bad. Just close the branch but leave the atm open since that's the only available service.
