Put a vacation hold and went to pick it up but the lady (Asian descent) said they don’t have it and that my courier delivered it. I went home to check on it wasn’t delivered. I also requested that I would pick up the mail so why would she believe it would be delivered? I went back talked to someone else and what do you know, she found it. Thinking this mess was over, the new lady said I can’t pick up because the mail hold was listed under my father’s name, regardless if the mail belonged to me. Unfortunately, the mail I was picking up were condolences cards bc my father had just passed away. I tried explaining this and asking why I can’t received the mail that literally has my name on it. She said bc the mail hold was for my dad and that I need to prove he passed away. She made me show a picture of his death certificate!!!!! Unfuckjng believable. Didn’t even say sorry for your loss. Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen to the point I thought I was being punked on TV

Ms. Kim at the front desk is always very helpful. Recently, I let my mom use my PO Box to receive a few of her own packages. Ms. Kim helped find them when they didn't show up in my box. When she couldn't find them, she asked for help from the PO Box team. The PO Box team did a great job locating them. They were quick, professional and very friendly. Thank you so much John and Sarah from the PO Box team for helping me find the packages! ??

Made an appointment online for passport services, the whole package including photo.Wasn’t even at this location for 15 minutes and all was done. Total fees for usps was $51. Plus the federal fees around $150 or so. I paid for expedited shipping, not processing, since I included my old, expired passport.Appointment at this location was on the 8th of December and I just received my passport today on the 9th of January.Plus the guy was super friendly and efficient at this location. I forgot his name but he is one of the normal ones. White guy, six footer + with curly hair I believe.Amazing experience!

Lost my package, which was my birthday gift from my mom, I open a service request & they tried to tell me I got the package because it wasn’t in the parcel lockers. So pretty much they gave someone else my expensive birthday gift by putting the key in the wrong mailbox and now refuse to answer the phone. Called them multiple times during business hours and I couldn’t even leave a message.

Do you even need to look at their rating? You know what its going to be. Its a Goverment job. Horrible service, with lazy people. I hope amazon takes over.

As another reviewer said, the fact that some of the employees of this PO are nice just doesn't make up for lost mail and having my mail delivered to a neighbor who apparently throws it in the trash. As of today, a small package mailed from Mission Viejo is still missing, and I got my neighbor's mail again. I can't believe that the USPO can't find employees that can read the address on my mail, but there it is! And this route has been suffering from temporary or trainee postal workers for over 10 years without anyone regularly assigned. No nongovernmental agency that sells service could still be in business with their record.

All that I can say is that I've been going here for years and everyone in that place goes out of their way to be helpful. I'm always greeted with a smile and an attitude of whatever it takes to meet your needs is no problem. The Lines go very fast as everyone that works there is very professional at their job. There are times I have medication sent out late to me from the VA and I've had multiple people including supervisors go out of their way to intercept it for me so that I can pick it up on time. I'm very thankful that this post office goes above and beyond the call of duty for its customers,Armando R.

I thought they would have fixed this by now and this is nearly the 5th time i have been mislead by the operational hours mentioning open til 2:30pm. Do not go there after 2pm unless you're ok with doing the self service mail drop. I just watched the guy and his kid who had a QR code unsuccessfully being able to print out their label that they prepaid so the machine doesn't even print prepaid labels and I tried to help them myself this spot is pathetic and very disappointing I feel like they don't even deserve one star_____I gave this place a great review in the past but now the hours are extremely misleading. This is the third time I came after 2pm because it said open until 2:30pm so my packages did not get shipped. Get someone to manage expectations correctly, poor effort

I made an appointment a week prior to get our passports. We came in early as they suggested and we still had to wait in line. People in front of us had no appointments and got served before us. No point in making an appointment. Service was extremely slow. We took time out of our jobs to be here and we waited for an hour. I ended up leaving since I had to get back to work. Next day went over to the OC Clerk-Recorder and they processed my passport so quickly! DO NOT go here, service is poor!

Pretty standard post office. Just wish they would have a drop-off window like some post offices do, so you can drop off packages that are pre-paid. Otherwise, a perfectly fine establishment.

This post office has really improved and it's refreshing to see the management really trying to turn things around. It is actually a pleasure to visit my local post office now.

This full service post office is somewhat awkward to get to, and the parking lot is usually quite packed. The employees there are used to dealing with elderly customers, so their patience level is pretty high. The landscaping tends to be worse for wear because this is a federal property, so the city won't touch it. Exiting the parking lot can be tough on your vehicle, so plan ahead for that.
