The absolute worse UPS. The people are unfriendly. They don’t want to help and all they do is give you attitude. I have complained to the owner many of times, but nothing gets done. Last time I will ever go to this store

Truly a wonderful experience, they always have a notary on-site and the excellent, friendly service is much appreciated. We make it a point to drive here for notary services and we learned today we can also drop off UPS Amazon returns here as well. Thank you!

I had a small box for phone for return with a label attached. Instructions said just to place it in the original box and take it to a ups store and return is free. The store wanted to charge to put a tape on it. Incredible trying to make extra off people when they know there should be a free return.

I would rate this business with 0 stars if I could. This was my first visit, and I had hoped to walk in and out, but sadly, that wasn't the case. I had to repeat the address I wanted for the sender after I provided it to her. She made me wrap everything myself and put my items in the box that I intended to ship out, therefore the overall quality of the service could have been better! It took her at least thirty minutes or longer to finish everything, and NEVER received a tracking number—how unprofessional. However, once I paid my amount, I was assured that my item would be sent the same day and that I would receive an email with my "tracking number" yet I NEVER received anything!!

I have been doing business with this UPS Store since 2004 I personally know the friendly hard working owner (HUY) and his friendly hard working staff. They are very attentive to the customers needs and concerns. Packages are sent out immediately and they are always willing to help, assist, or resolve the customers needs in a professional manner. I would highly recommend this location. Great parking, located in a very nice clean and safe shopping center. Stop by for a 5 -Star experience!!!

This store is AWFUL. HUY is the worst person i've ever met at UPS. (his own coworkers that work weekends agree how rude he is) He treats woman like dirt. Today i watched him yell at a woman because she asked for help to print a label off the computer. He went off on her and laughed at her in front of at least 4 customers. Then he started yelling at me over my amazon return. The other men working stood around and did nothing.

The staff that work at this location are always polite and kind and attentive to what it is that I need. Shipping things is very simple here. I've done business with them for over 10 years. Highly recommended.

I have never been mistreated like this before, this old Asian man was really rude, and made me feel really bad when I was just trying to get something mailed, he kept making awkward comments that made me feel really dumb. In an state with a lots of immigrants like California the UPS Store supposed to have better treatment for people who has English as a second language.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I Went in to return an Amazon package and got treated like I was a burden even though I’m paying them for their service. First I overheard them talking about how ridiculous and dumb Amazon returns and Amazon customers were to do when I was in line. When I got to the front I was laughed at and told everything I was doing was wrong and since my box wasn’t taped I had to pay for tape and to print the label and he suggested I go somewhere else. I've done amazon returns at other places and have never been treated like this. they always offer me to email them the label. I don’t mind paying for them to tape the package but being treated like I’m a burden when I simply wanted to return something and Amazon recommended this location as a “partner” is ridiculous. If you don’t want to do business with amazon customers then dont. Simple as that. I witnessed another lady get attitude over wanting an additional copy of something SHE WAS PAYING FOR. If I can avoid this UPS I will at any cost. They are un professional , rude and just don’t want to do anything they clearly advertise for.
