We had a great experience with Trinity Pet Hospital! We did a low-cost spay for our puppy there in September 2024. It was very easy to communicate with the hospital, the staff is extremely friendly, patient and communicative, and the doctor did an amazing job with the surgery and the stitching. We are extremely satisfied and highly recommend.

Unfortunately, this place is not good anymore. The receptionist can’t even help you make an appointment. I was trying to make an appointment for my kitten, but I got so much pushback and they literally said for me to wait three days for my kitten not to eat before I can call back to make an appointment. They never have same-day appointments, so that would mean that I would have to wait five days of my cat suffering before they can make an appointment for me? Now with new ownership, things have changed. Very transactional and the receptionist are not helpful or sympathetic to your concerns. Will not be coming back.

The new owner has destroyed this clinic. Long waits, poor care, upselling medications. Won't be back

This team is exceptional. My wife and I were blown away be the level of care, attention to detail and how well they listened to our concerns. Highly recommend.

This place is terrible after the new owners took over. We have had every pet, treated at this clinic, for many, many years. A few days after the new owners took over, one of my dogs, who has been treated there, over his lifetime, with many medical issues, became extremely ill. We called to get him in quickly, and was told to find an emergency hospital, as they couldn't see him. Now this was mid-morning, not evening, and emergency clinics, typically operate after hours, so we had to scramble and find another Vet in my area. When we took him to the new Vet, they called to get his records and Trinity said they had 72 hours by law to transfer these, while my dog was dying. My wife and I called, to try and plead with them for his records, as the new Vet needed to see his history, to help treat him. They continued to state the 72 hour rule. How does anyone who has treated your pets for many years, with a substantial cost for all of his visits and treatments, claim to care. Well sadly, within a few days, my pet suffered and had to be euthanized, as he was in a lot of pain. This is my story of pain and heartbreak. As we had recommended Trinity to everyone we knew, this is something we will not forget happened, and will never recommend to anyone else.

First visit back since the new owner. Staff is still very polite. I went in for a Cyto point shot with an appointment for my dog. I waited 40 minutes after my appointment time to be seen by anyone.
My total time there was an hour and 15 minutes.

My friend recommended Trinity for taking my 11 yo Pekingese for her first professional dental work.
Note: I copied from 2020 review and adding to Google
Our dog had terrible reactions to vaccines years ago so I have been very hesitant to put her under for dental care. However it was clear that it was needed. I called and made appointment which they offered to be for consult and surgery same day...if I wanted to after consult. I was certain I'd chicken out but Catherine (manager) was so nice. The doctor, who also came in prior to bloodwork and after, was also very kind and patient. They explained what would take place and what to expect. Pricing was transparent and so reasonable. My dog came home safely with 8 fewer teeth and a Pedicure (nail trim). I hope this makes her happier once healed. She is groggy and recovering. Our experience with Trinity was great. I highly recommend.
Update a few years later (2024). Trinity has changed hands and the new ownership seems just as caring and fair. I suggest anything you have a pet need to check in with Trinity to see if/how they can support you. Sadly, we lost of pet mention above in May 2024. We did not go with Trinity for her final moments because we wanted to do it at home. Trinity did provide good options and helping consult on the matter.

Absolutely horrible customer service now with new owners. Especially from the “manager” Catherine, argumentative, rude and disrespectful to customers who have been long time standing customers. I called and was told wrong information which I communicated to her and she immediately started arguing with me instead of using it as an opportunity to make sure her staff is letting everyone know that the information given over the phone needs to be consistent. She interrupted me consistently as I was speaking, horrible attitude and basically denied me service once I challenged her. I asked for the Dr to call me back because as a small business owner I would want to know how my customers were being treated and she told me he was too busy today and tomorrow. Absolutely unacceptable considering how many vets are in the area, find one who will value your business and your pets. I can only imagine how our pets are going to be treated if me as a human is treated this way on the phone.

My sweet 6 year old King Charles Cavalier which I had never had spayed started getting lethargic sleeping most of the day. I was thinking she was just starting to change after reading about how this breeds sleeping habits can change as they get older. Then she was not interested in eating and only drinking water one day which was not at all normal. I was delaying bringing her to the vet thinking it could be something that could pass with more rest. Then on the 3rd day she was having trouble getting to her standing position late in the evening and I noticed a grey pus coming out of her vagina and researched the symptoms for her breed with not eating, lethargic and pus and found this:
“ Pyometra is a serious and potentially life-threatening uterine infection that causes the uterus to fill with bacteria and pus”
So first thing in the AM I brought her for the first time to Trinity Pet Hospital. The staff and Vet were all so caring and due to the seriousness of the situation got Belle in immediately and by 4pm the same day they performed the surgical procedure that she needed at a fair price. From that first day to the day we were scheduled to have her come and stiches removed the entire team at Trinity were professional and caring.
I highly recommend this vet. The office has a classic 70’s vibe and is small with a warm waiting room conducive for communication with the front end staff and fellow pet owners waiting for their turn to be served.

This is my third visit after the owner change in 2023. I waited probably 10 minutes or so before my cat was called in which is so much faster than with the previous ownership. All the staff are polite and friendly, and the doctor was nice and gentle with my fur baby. We came in and out with in 40 minutes including exam, blood draw and nail trim. I highly recommend Trinity Pet Hospital.

Everyone was so kind and patient with us. We had our little girl spayed this past week and everything went smooth as butter. I couldn’t have asked for a better and smoother outcome for our little babe. Thank you to the staff for taking such good care of her.
