“Called ahead to see if they had a 4.5" downstem to which they said yes. Made sure to bring my bowl to make sure it fit as well as a tape measure. Glad I did because I was initially handed a 4" downstem so I asked if they a half inch bigger and..... they did!! Dude was chill. Didn't really talk much and didn't really seem like he wanted to be there but I got exactly what I needed for a reasonable price ($9.99 before tax). Would go again but would also make sure I'm getting exactly what I need especially if it's glass or something.”

“I decided to stop smoking before a surgery I was scheduled for. I figured e-cig was the best way to wean me off of the real thing.(It wasn't so much the nicotine, as it was the hand-to-mouth action.) I remember seeing their shop before, so I headed over there. The gentleman that helped me was very accommodating, showing me all the different e-cigs and oils. Then when I was having a slight problem with it, and I brought it back they immediately took care of it, swapping out the expired piece for a brand new one.
We talked over the specifications of a new bubbler that I wanted. (Their stock was a little limited to only a few styles.) They took my request to the warehouse so that we would know as soon as they find something fitting my specifications. These guys are great! Highly recommend them!”
