The sales guy was super helpful and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and got just that. It took awhile to get to the store. But definitely was worth the wait! I will definitely be a returning customer.

I was looking for the perfect chandelier. There was so many options out there that made it difficult for me to choose the right one for my house. The lighting gallery sent a designer to our house and gave me a professional consultation about what would be the best fit for my space. I’m so grateful for their customer service and i am beyond happy with this decision. I would highly recommend consulting them to find the perfect lighting for your house.

Ordered a chandelier that was scheduled to be delivered in 5 business days. Almost 2 months later, I called to see what happened to my shipment. I was told it was shipping from their new smart warehouse. The warehouse wasn't open yet, but would be opening in the next few days. It should be shipped out the following week. Two weeks later I still hadn't received my product so followed up again and was told the warehouse still hadn't opened with no ETA when it would. For almost 3 months there was no communication with this company unless I initiated it. Very disappointing, I am waiting for my refund and was told it could take 3-5 business days by one rep and 7-10 business days from another. When I questioned it, I was told well it could be either. I wish they had better customer service, they have a great selection online.

The Lighting Gallery has so much variety of lighting options for any project. I liked all that there were styles from traditional to modern and the sales people were very helpful through the process. Would definitely recommend their store.
