I called and asked the front desk person a question. He put me on hold and then completely forgot about me. After waiting on hold for ten minutes, I hung up and I called him back. He then proceeded to lie to me, saying he couldn’t find my number to call me back. I was on hold, bro, you didn’t need my number.

Very bad service. Booked two rooms for a wedding we are attending over the weekend. First room was okay, no issues. The room I was staying in, however, was useless. First night we were there (Friday night), the ac stopped working.it was controlled by the thermostat on the wall and we had it set at 67. It was almost 74-75° in our room at 2:30am (Saturday morning). Was up all night because of how hot it is. Didn’t think of calling front desk at 2:30am, but during the morning, they changed our ac to a “new” one (which looked identical to the one that was just broken). Had to leave for the wedding but the technician assured me the ac will work, just not to use the wall thermostat to control it. He set the temp at 64°.
Came back at around 10:20pm, expecting to be greeted by a cool room. Came in and it was hot. The lobby area of the hotel and the hallways were cooler compared to our room. Called front desk again, they sent someone to change the ac, again, technician set the temp at 68. Went down to the bar area for the after party, went back to our room around 1:15am, and to our dismay, the room did not feel like 68° at all. It was warm. The ac was not even running and to think we never touched it. Called front desk several times, only to be told no one is available to fix it and they will fix it in the morning. Which made no sense as we were supposed to check out in the morning. Sal, the staff at night, said he was instructed to give us keys to another room to sleep in. Just to sleep in. He said we would be refunded for the stay.
Upon checking out, two older guys at the front desk said no refunds since we moved rooms. We never moved. We only slept for one night on a different room. And when I asked about Sal, the night staff, they said “He’s new, he doesn’t know what he’s talking about.”
Very bad service, I suggest no one book this place, ever. Staff is rude, too.

They shouldn't be accredited by IHG. One of the worst services from front desk with a cranky attitude. No bell boy to help with your luggage. Get your own ice. Bad

I got locked out on July 5 th at 13 pm in the afternoon . because my key was not working and called the front desk which is 30 fr from the door and asked if they can open it and the gentleman was rude and said I have to walk around even though it was not my fault that their door was not working and hung up on me . The rest of the staff was nice and courteous . They need to have better people at front desk

For over $200 this was a horrible experience. The hallway carpets are the most disgusting I have ever seen. I was put in a room at the end so I wouldn't have much noise issues. They put me in room where the exit door was and since there was no carpeting so my door kept opening and slamming shut each time someone kept coming out. Dog kept me up. Food waste and wine stains on the door in front of my room. When I complained to Juan he showed zero concern, and said I could grab a business card and call the manager in the next few days. He was the rudest front desk person in a hotel I have ever dealt with. Stay away.

I stay at this hotel a few days in August 2023. My insurance claims pay for all my lodging and meals. I didn't keep my itemized receipts for reimbursement. I came back today, 9 months later, and Roberto went the extra miles to get me my itemized receipts for my meal reimbursements. Thank you so much Roberto!

The staff is unbelievably rude and uninformed... the rooms were ok bathroom could have used some cleaning. Location is premium. What a disappointing stay.

Stayed here for a conference. Upon check out, receptionist told me that my deposit will be returned within a week. 3 months later, no deposit returned to my card. They never replied my emails inquiring my deposit. I can’t call as I live abroad. I traveled all around the world and never had this problem before. I’m not sure if it’s the hotel or a standard US thing not to return deposits

Like most hotels in this price range, photos posted on their website typically do guests a disservice by making the rooms seem much nicer than they are. While the room I stayed in wasn’t unclean or disorganized by any means, it was very outdated feeling.
The most updated options were the TV (New, good size and the option to cast your own content) and the bathrooms. A big big knock on the bathrooms though, is the glass shower door. It’s a half door that you can’t physically close, so any water that gets past it splashes right on to the bathroom floor causing a pretty big mess unless you’re extremely careful where you stand.
Food, drinks and service at the bar and restaurant were fantastic! Absolutely the best part of staying here. Bartenders were attentive, friendly, and food quality as great.
However, the BIGGEST knock for me personally was the hotel Wifi. It might have been the room that I stayed in (?), but I couldn’t stay connected to it longer than 3 seconds. Because of that, I unfortunately wasn’t able to get any work done, or connect my phone to the room’s TV to cast any of my own content. Unfortunately a huge letdown.

I had a bridal shower over the weekend, Tessa , the director of sales and events was amazing and understanding of what my needs were. The whole team was completely on task and working hard to provide the best service to my guests. I'm very pleased with the outcome and received so many compliments. Thank you Tessa and her team for a job well done. Duha

Shocked at how badly this place is maintained. Stayed here last weekend and the bathroom fan does not work, refrigerator was broken and the ac wasn't working in our room and a few other rooms. We had a large group of people staying here and almost every room had problems. We had the pleasure of meeting some racists in the bar yell slurs at us and the bar tenders didn't even kick them out because they were regulars. For $250 a night I didn't expect cream of the crop, but at least maintain your hotel. I highly don't recommend this place look elsewhere!

I can't figure out if this place is working to get better or letting it just go to hell - What I liked: 1. Staff -- very friendly and helpful 2. It was quiet 3. Bed was comfortable 4. Shower pressure was mostly good (see below) What I didn't like: 1. Water going out for an hour just after I lathered up my hair with shampoo 2. "Amenities" fee of $27 a day. Which includes pool use, parking ( I've attached a photo mentioning "complimentary" parking for $25 a day, which is different than the $27 a day for an "amenities" fee.). Something about drinks in the bar (I don't drink). Just add $27 to daily room rate. Honestly, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. 3. Bathroom door that would not stay shut (lock was broken) 4. Then there's the TV. It "allows" you to "cast" from your phone or tablet to watch your streaming channels, which seemed nice and was able to get to work the first night. After that, would not work. The instructions tell you to connect to hotel internet (I was able to do that), then use the cast icon on your streaming show, then select your room number device that's listed. It fails there because all I get are a bunch of Samsung tvs with exact same name. I have no idea which tv is mine, and after first night, it did not matter which on I selected, it wouldn't work (see photos) In summary, after you get past the staff, it's really hard to like this place. I wish they would: 1. Get their messaging right (see tv and parking) 2. The bathroom door was clearly broken, why not fix it before putting guests in the room? 3. Get rid of the amenities fee. This hotel doesn't provide enough (anything?) to justify it.

Greta hotel overall. Could use a little bit more work for the fitness center there was a lack of weights/equipment. Other than that the staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay and there are lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance which is very nice. Would stay again
