I have been trying to lose the baby weight I gained after having two babies back to back. I tried so many different workouts and diets online and nothing seemed to work. After a week I failed each time. A family member and some friends recommended I go to the Camp Transformation Center. I was a little bit scared at first because I was so out of shape. I couldn't even do a jumping jack because I couldn't jump. I was so out of shape.It's the best decision I ever made. As soon as I came they greeted me with a smile and open arms. They gave me hope. This is exactly what I needed. I realize now why I was failing at all the other places I tried. It's like a big giant family here. There's an emotional component to losing the weight that helps keep you going on your hardest days. It's more of an emotional and mental journey that pushes you through. Within a week I started to see results. That's even more motivation. My husband was so proud of me. I failed so many times that he was skeptical of me joining another challenge.I have now completed the 20 lbs challenge and lost 21 lbs. They helped me develop a meal plan and along with their workouts it's truly been a lifesaver for me. I feel so proud of myself and like I can finally reach my workout goals. I'm on track to do a second challenge because I want to lose 20 more lbs.

The Camp has been a great addition to my fitness routine and approach to diet. Their trainers and staff are there to support you with personal goals through diet and maintaining a consistent workout schedule. I recommend for anyone that is looking to participate in full body workouts that are challenging yet not beyond even the most novice individuals.

I had an amazing time doing the 20 pound 6 week challenge. Everybody was very accepting, and I felt welcomed from my very first day. The camp has motivated me to continue to stay active, and to continue eating healthy. At first I was not confident in myself, but over time I gained it and had a lot of fun. I gained a lot more energy and became more active because of the challenge. I saw results within the first few weeks which I am very proud and grateful for. The camp has been one of my best decisions, and I am very happy that I had the opportunity to join.

Joining The Camp for the 20 pound challenge was a decision I can fully say I am entirely grateful for. Everyone there was so welcoming since the day I went to sign up for the challenge and it really helped strike up the motivation to compete this challenge strong. They were like a second family to me. This decision was one I was afraid I wouldn't be able to finish through, but 6 weeks later I have lost 21 pounds and will be in for another challenge next week! I saw instant results, more energy, more confidence and so much more that I am so thankful for. I have been struggling with my weight for so many years now and to be able to finally make a change like this is an amazing feeling.

Great gym with good variety of weights and equipment. No thinking about which muscle group to do or exercise, the coaches have it all set up for you.

I joined The Camp and the 6-week/20lb challenge because I was motivated to create healthier habits for myself. What I loved about the challenge is that it forced me to workout daily, and because of my schedule, I chose to workout in the mornings. It wasn't until this challenge, that I discovered how much I love morning workouts, and the way it makes me feel for the rest of the day. The 6-week challenge itself was definitely a challenge. Depending on the day, sometimes I loved it, and other times, well, I didn't love it. The diet teaches you to have self-control through lean and clean eating, with measured portions. I followed the challenge instructions completely, and lost weight every week, but it wasn't easy and I pushed myself as hard as I could. At the end of the six weeks I lost 21 pounds, and I'm very proud of that. I've done many diets and workout routines before, but what makes this one so different (and effective) is The Camp itself. The staff and everyone there is very supportive, which helps you stay motivated to achieve your goals. I highly recommend the challenge to anyone who is serious about making a change, and recommend The Camp at Laguna Hills as a great gym and community to join.

I am doing the lose 20lbs in 6 weeks challenge and loving it! I am down 17lbs at my week 5 weigh in. After 30 workouts I am feeling stronger, more confident, and have more energy. I have been extremely impressed with all of the Camp trainers. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful, and encouraging. It's a very close-nit family vibe. When I am trying to lose weight I like to be held accountable and pushed. Someone weighing me in weekly motivates me. And, someone pushing me during my workouts helps push me to the next level. I highly recommend the Camp Transformation Center Laguna Hills if you are looking to get back in shape and lose weight. Sometimes we need to the push rather than just trying to do it ourselves at home. And, if you succeed in your challenge you could get refunded back your money. Fingers crossed I hit my goal on Monday!

Excellent place to make your fitness goals come true! I am a former competitive athlete that has had a decline in motivation and discipline Over the years. I lacked self control and consistency. The camp transformation center in Laguna hills helped me set goals and achieve them with a challenge over the past 6 weeks and I couldn't be more thankful!

I have just finished the 6 Week 20 Pound Challenge. I am thankful to all of the trainers and the other members for the encouragement and help throughout the challenge. I am very happy with the results, not only on the scale, but the non-scale victories as well. My clothes fit better, I am much more flexible and have developed good habits to carry with me on my fitness journey. I think the most important part is following the meal plan and tracking your calories using a fitness app. Meal prep is the Key! I bought FTDI meals from Lean Feast that are specific for The Camp Challenge participants. If you want to change your life and take huge steps towards your health, I highly recommend taking the 6 Week Challenge. It is hard, it takes discipline and focus, but if you commit 100% you can achieve the results you want. I lost 28.5 pounds in 6 weeks.

I have officially completed my 6 week hard body challenge this morning, with 32 total workouts. I started this journey as my sister's wedding is next week and I wanted to get in better shape for that. Throughout this process, I have gained much more than the positive body transformation. I am so much more confident in myself and my ability to persevere. There were many times throughout the workout/entire 6 weeks when I wanted to give up on a plank or just have one beer. But thanks to the Camp's support, I now have self discipline. I have always lacked self-discipline, so proving to myself that I could do it for 6 weeks has improved my overall confidence. I'm looking forward to tomorrow's weigh in!
